I really liked the look of the hardwood flooring from Armstrong. Tony was very good at helping us pick colors and give input on what to choose. I liked that the pad was included in the price. Now for the negative. This was our first time doing this so we had to learn the hard way. The hardwood was quite a bit overpriced. I found the wood on-line for over 1000 less, including shipping. His price was about twice that of the on-line store. I can understand that on-line would be a little less, but to me, that is a lot less. The installers were sub-contractors. The vinyl crew went above & beyond in the job quality, but left us without a toilet overnight, and my wife is pregnant. We had to get a hotel for the night. Description of Work: They replaced all the flooring throughout the house in a 1200 sq. foot house. They did a combination of vinyl, hardwood, and carpet. Overall, I'm glad I had it done. WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY OFFERED TO UPGRADE THE PADDING FOR FREE. THEY HAD A BIG SELECTION OF CARPET. WE WERE ROBBED SHORTLY AFTER. I WOULD PUT VALUABLES OUT OF SIGHT AND WOULD SUPERVISE THE INSTALLATION. I WOULD BE CAUTIOUS, THAT'S ALL.
Description of Work: WE HAD THIS COMPANY INSTALL CARPET IN FIVE ROOMS AND THE HALLWAY. THE PADDING WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
