He was there until it was all done and ready to use. He even got a very old shower pan to not leak anymore. Tom is top notch and someone we will request in the near future to continue working on our repair list. A+ in my book!
Description of Work: We worked with Tom at Crystal Blue Plumbing to come up with several areas we wanted to tackle in our "new to us old house". Tom provided several options to choose from. We started working down that list yesterday. Tom came over and got our guest bathroom up and running... which was no easy feat based on all the work that needed to be done.

Larry arrived within 1hr of my. It took a couple hrs for to trace the flow of water through ppipes the house. But he found the source of the leak that no one else was able too and fixed it.

Description of Work: I requested a bid from Crystal to repipe my house. I got six different bids. Crystal bid $19,875. Their bid was more than twice what the second highest bidder was. I ended up selecting a bidder that charged $6,500 and that bidder did an outstanding job.

We had a main sewer line clog that backed up water to all our facilities. After trying to deal with our home warranty company we elected to contract ourselves. It was late evening on Sunday night and it was difficult finding anyone to come out, However Crystal Blue did. Tom was our technician and was great! He explained what he was going to do and provided excellent work. My only minor disappointment was the price, since it was a Sunday night, rates were very high ($350hr), however I understand given the day and time. It was in line with other company's quotes.
Description of Work: Unclogged main sewer line with video inspection and trimmed roots from line.

Our water heater failed on a Saturday morning - water all through the garage. A tech from Crystal Blue arrived by 4pm, assessed the situation and contacted our home warranty company. He advised us of several code issues with the 24 year old water heater, and some items where the warranty company might provide limited or no coverage. He presented us with three options to replace or upgrade. And then came back on Sunday and completed all of the work! We could not be happier with the experience. The work was quality and they were very professional. We will definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Replaced failed water heater. Installed hot water re circulation system.

Description of Work: Zach is an exceptional service professional. My experience with his service as well as my experience with the entire company overall is very high. At my request Crystal Blue provide a free second opinion on a recent service repair order I had received from my current contracted A/C service company. I had been using this other service provider for over a dozen years, and they had been the installers of the unit they were regularily servicing. Their recomendation was that my unit was old and leaking, and needed to be repaired or replaced. Their estimate was a repair of between $2k to$3k, or a replacement of between $5k to $6k. They wanted an answer at the time of the service, but I declined to give them one. After a call to Tim , the owner of Crystal Blue, he scheduled a free second opinion srvice call for the folowing Monday. Zach from Crystal Blue arrived on time, listened professionaly to my story, asked a few questions, and then went outside to check over the unit. About 15 minutes later, he asked me out to the unit and demonstrated in great detail the tests he had conducted, the readouts he had received, and explained that the unit was in fact in very good working order, and no repair nor replacement was necessary. To further confirm his findings, he showed me the technical guide he used that confirmed that my unit was operating in the correct and acceptible parameters. Lastly he explained to me that even if there was a repair to be done, the cost would be substantialy less than what I had been quoted. I believe this story speaks loudly to the professionalism and honesty of this organization and the employees. Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Airconditioning will be my service provider for all my plumbing, heating & air conditioning needs going forward!

The judge ordered in thier favor $805.00. No explanation of why???? I wish I would have gotten an attoney as the judge would not except any of the evidence I had to present except fo the bill of the new plumber and the new plumbers statement. I had pictures, statements from witness, emails, paid checks and so on....... Same with Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air's evidence, as it was handed to the judge but the judge gave it back without more then a "literal" flip of the pages. Even after the court settelment was paid they sent me more invoices. I have no idea what this company thinks they are doing by modifying the past invoices and sending themto me again...At this point I will just keep sending this over to the police and hopefullthe harassments and any further contact will stop. Everything I put in this satement is facts I can back up with hard evidence and I left out all the emotional stuff that went along withthe depressing experience. I have all the badgering emails.....I even have a case open with the police to stop the harassment from Tim. I figure at this point, I would leave it up to the consumer to read my experience with this company and hopefully Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air will never treat anyone else like this....If you would like any of the documents to help make a decesion of risk using this company, please contact me...I will forward everything I have!!!!!
Description of Work: On 1/20/12 I hired Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air to repair a leak in my rental property. I assumed all was fixed and paid them time of service of $697.00. On 1/24/12 I hired Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating & Air to repair my personal property's A|C unit. After Tim, the son of Milo tried to convince me that I needed to buy a new unit because of how old my current unity was, I opt out and asked them to patch fix. A employee showed up and took 5 minutes to replace the motherboard. I was in a bit of shock that, that was all he had to do fo fix the A/C. The employee also told me that I would be getting a bill later as he was not sure how much Tim was going to charge me. I recived the bill on 2/19/12 for $595.00. I called Milo to ask him to explain the charge and never got a responce. I then emailed Milo for details as he would not return my call, and also by that time the leak in the appartment was back. I got zero response till I left a message saying I was not going to pay for the A/C till the leak was fixed. I left many messages and finally on 4/13/12 I got a responce from Tim saying he was sorry for hte delay and would get right on fixing the issue. Also stated that they back their workmaship with a 100% and there would be no charge. It was not till 5/8/12 they came back out to fix the issue. On 5/8/12 they eneded up breaking the original issue and caused so much damage they were in the rental from 9am to 7pm. All a while of this issue going on, it got very heated between the tenant and Tim. There was serious verbal abuse from Tim as my tenant was told only 2 hours tops and they were there for 10 hours....As the hours went on so was the tension. They had to drill a hole in the tub and put all new fixtures to cover the damage they had done. I have witnesses to the abuse, as I was out of town while this was going on. I asked the witnesses to go there and watch what was actully going on, as Tim was threatening to leave saying my tenant was out of line nad my tenant was calling me telling me bout all the new damage they were creating. When I got home and looked at the damage I was amazed as they were asking to come bck out to finish. At that point I told them they would never be allowed back on the property and I would hire someone else to fix it.... I have many emails of Tim apologizing for what transpired and trying to blame the tenant... On 5/24/12 I got a bill for the second plumbing visit for $733.00. I almost hit the floor. I could not belive they would think they are owed for such bad work and where they were trying to come back and blaming me for not giving them the opportunity to come back and finish. I did hire a second plumber to fix all the damage and that cost me $527.00. I was told by the second plumber who was going to get paid and did not need to say anything: "In regards to the shower valve that was replaced at the residence of (xxxxremoved for privacyxxx) street, Rocklin CA 95677. Upon inspection of valve several issues were found one of which is a code violation. Uniform Plumbing code 418.0 states that all shower valves are to be protected with a pressure balance orthermostatic type valve the valve installed had neither. Also the valve was not properly braced in the wall allowing the entire valve to move and caused water to leak into the wall via the tub spout. We installed a code compliant valve that is properly braced and installed correctly. Hopefully this is a sufficient answer to the question you had and the work performed. If you have any questions or need further information from me please feel free to contact me via email or phone" At this time Tim was calling and threatening to take me to court for the money. The was I seen this issue was I already paid them $697.00 for bad work that I had to hire someone else to come fix, that they could apply that money to the invoice for hte A/C and we would callit a wash. Tim did not see that as an option and took me to court for $1567.44.
