A little late providing this review. Clean Max is fantastic -- The team that came to my home was prompt, professional and courteous. I had a big stain in the living room carpet from a leaking recliner. I didn't think the stain would ever come out -- But it did! The carpets look great! Thank you guys!

They were okay. It was not the best. I think they could have done more or a better job. They didn't do anything wrong, but for what they did I think the price was a little too high. They were here in a good time.

Mitch and Austen called me and let me know exactly what time they would be arriving. They explained what they would be doing and were very pleasant and efficient. I am having my tile cleaned in the next few weeks. The carpet and stairs turned out beautifully.

There was discrepancy with the minimum fee quoted on phone and when work was quoted. The guys were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Despite initial glitch with quote, I would use them again.

They were punctual, cheerful and out of here in about 1 1/2 hours. I got exactly what I'd hoped for.

Justin and Mike called us the morning they were scheduled to come to our home to ask if they could come a little earlier, which we thought was great, and they arrived at the newly scheduled time. They answered all of our questions and went right to work cleaning all of the 22 linear feet of granite countertop in our kitchen. The Angie's Big Deal was for 10 linear feet at $99 and since we had 22' there was an additional charge of $275 for the extra 12'. We thought the additional price was a little high. After cleaning, the granite needed to dry for 24 hours before sealing. Robert arrived on time the next days to seal the granite. He answered our additional questions and went right to work. The granite looked beautiful when he was finished, like new. Robert said we could place our things back on the countertop right away but not to get it wet for at least 24 hours up to 72 hours maximum. We let our countertop rest for 72 hours and then I cleaned and polished it as I usually do. It looks fantastic. We are very happy with the work that Clean Max USA did. The three men were very professional, detail oriented and a pleasure to have in our home. Their Office Manager, Tammi, is also very pleasant to work with. She called us to confirm appointments and make sure we were happy with the work performed. We would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to our family and friends.

Michael and Justen arrived a bit earlier than time set which was fine. Area was measured, spot care, furniture moving all clearly explained. During cleaning process, frequent notices to come to see areas of concern, and progress. It was done excellently, miracle workers!

Had to call them back to re-clean entry way. They came back and serviced me and it was perfect and they did a very nice job.

It was amazing! Justin and Mike were great and very nice and professional. They were right on time and very efficient. We have two young boys and a dog so the floors take a beating. The grout had tuned a nasty gray color, and no matter how much we cleaned them, couldn't get up the dirt. Therefore, I was a little nervous that they too would have some issues getting the floor/grout cleaned. They came out and first thing they did was a test spot and the difference was amazing. They did a fantastic job and even got into the corners of the kitchen and bathroom. They sealed all the grout seams and it took just over an hour to dry; the floor looks like brand new! We're already planning to have them come back and do other tile floors upstairs and clean some carpets for us as well. I would recommend Clean Max to anyone in the Roseville area.
