Justin & Michael were on time, call ahead, & efficient. They were respectful & courteous. Did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased.

They were friendly and professional. The carpets look great, and it was evident that their equipment is better than the cheap carpet cleaning companies use. They were in and out quickly, and we would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They did a fantastic job. They even went above and beyond by performing an emergency re-clean and patch the very next day after one of our dogs destroyed part of the carpet the very same night they performed the original service. I highly recommend them!

The arrived promptly, were very courteous and explained the process and then went right to work. They were finished within an hour and left the carpeting looking as good as possible considering it's at least 15 years old and I have cats.

They arrived about 15 minutes early, which was fine, because they called ahead. They wore booties and left everything spotless. I even sent them over to my neighbors! I was very pleased with them!

Other than some scheduling problems, it went well. They did what they needed to do, and I have no complaints. They did a good job. It wasn't stunning, but it was above what I expected. The price was good.

It went well. They were good, informative and thorough. We paid additional to the big deal price for the extra square footage.

They arrived right on time and once my husband explained what we needed done, they got right to work! They explained that since the granite tiles were porous, they could clean them but it was it different process to seal them and if we wanted to do that, they'd have to come back on another date. We had them clean the tiles, but decided not to seal them. They did notice our stairwell had some wear and they mentioned they could clean them while they were here. My husband had them clean the stairs as well, and they look fantastic! We will definitely use them again!

It was alright but they couldn't get the discoloration in the grout. They were nice but it wasn't what I expected. I wasn't still satisfied because there's still discoloration. It was a good price.

Call prior to arrival on time. Disconnected price, talked about service going to do and effectiveness of cleaning. Dryed and raked carpet. Provided stain spot remover. All around effect. Excellent service & friendly. Will recommend to others & definitely use again.

The two gentlemen from Clean Max were on-time, did a a great job cleaning the carpets. They were here for about an hour to clean three medium size rooms. They brought everything they needed, moved a little bit of furniture that was required and were friendly to the pets too. Great value and fast service! Thanks!!

Excellent service – great personnel – have used before and will continued.

Carpet stretching was done well, professionally and quickly. Wore booties over shoes. Understood and performed work in a way that communicated they had much experience in similar situations. Reassembly of master bed was attempted, but done incorrectly (dust ruffles not placed properly, way off), so we had to redo later that day.
