Description of Work: Justin & his partner(forgot his name) arrived right on time after calling me to let me know they were only 15 min. away. They arrived & Justin explained exactly what they were going to do after they measured all the carpeting to be cleaned. This was the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used, they were through & professional. Justin also explained other services the company could provide. I know I will use them again. AA RATING!!!

Description of Work: They came, they cleaned, and the pet odor was still noticeable. Nice guys. Not sure what product they were using, but a deep steam clean would have been preferred - I'll know to ask next time, before I agree to have some work performed. By the way, why do carpet cleaners charge so much for synthetic area rugs. No problem with color fade, etc. on synthetics.
