Description of Work: Whole house carpet cleaning. The clean max crew was very professional and did a good job cleaning the carpets and pointed out issues with carpet wear (I was not concerned as we were renting).

Description of Work: After clean max arrives and takes measurements and writes out the invoice they ask if I want enzyme cleaning and I stated I do not needed now. the gentleman calls his boss and the next thing he says they cant honor the voucher because they cant take out certain spots.

Description of Work: Robert and his assistant were great. He had a minor medical emergency prior to my job that put him a little behind, but he made sure to keep me well informed as to when he would be there. Good communication goes a long way with me. They did an excellent job with my floors. I had two rooms that had years of dirt built into the carpets along with the smell of pet dander that I could never get rid of on my own. The carpets look great, but the smell is now gone... which is what I'm most happy about. Love the results and I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The workers were very proficient but I was annoyed by the costs of extra services. It seems to me that their prices for anything not in the original quote were excessive, although I do not have any basis for comparison. I was also very bothered that they did not clean further under the bed, I think they made a point of keeping their equipment very vertical.

Description of Work: They evaluated large wrinkles in several areas of my carpet, gave me a written estimate to repair, and completed the work. They also cleaned my carpet. Very professional, and the carpet looks great.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house very well. She did everything I asked with a smile. Like cleaning my fridge and oven and breaking down boxes for me. They said they would do anything within the 4 hours. Normally your charged extra for oven and fridge cleaning but not here!
