Description of Work: They were at my home promptly and called me first to let me know they were on their way. They cleaned an upstairs hallway, family room and dining room. I had them clean the stairs in addition to what I had purchased and they were extremely polite, letting me know what they were applying to the carpet, etc. I would definitely have them back. My carpet, which was heavily stained by my dogs, is looking clean and fresh.
