Description of Work: Clean carpet excellent customer service. Have used them several times now and service has been consistent. Had a stain from my Dog and it did not come out all the way, which I thought might be hard to get up. I called and asked if they would try a second time and they came out the next day knowing it was a difficult stain. Stain is gone! Great job!

Description of Work: "I found out I was getting house guest & needed my carpets cleaned within just a few days. Angie's list could not accomidate my time line so I contacted Clean Max at almost 5pm on a Friday night( I believe) & spoke to owner (I believe) He set up my appointment. |Their was a team of 2 men who did an excellent job... I was very pleased with the service"

Description of Work: The main reason why I am rating this company a "B" is because of the issue of punctuality at my original scheduled appt. The window of service I choose was 10AM-12 PM. They called at 11:50AM to tell me they were on their way from another location that took them longer than they expected. They should've informed me earlier if that was the case because I had made arrangements for someone else to be at my home for this service. I was tempted to request a refund but the special was too good of a deal. So I rescheduled. They arrived at a reasonable time and worked quickly and efficiently at the rescheduled date. If it wasn't for the inconvenience of the first failed appt, I would have likely rated them an A.
