Great! The crew they sent were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional!

My kitchen is under the 200 square feet they specified, but there is a small sitting area that they wanted to consider a 2nd room and charge me more for. This area contains my refrigerator. I'm not sure what their reasoning was but I canceled the deal and decided to go with another company offering the same rates without such conditions.

It was ok. I was disappointed to hear that they couldn't seal the grout, as was part of the deal, because the grout had already been painted over. They didn't credit us any part of the deal, and so we ended up having to seal the grout ourselves. However, really appreciated the reminders from them to book the service, and the follow- up - very professional and great customer service.

Perfect. They look like brand new floors!! The technicians were on time, and very professional. They even helped my husband move a butcher block table out of the kitchen to clean underneath it. Love this company and will definitely be using them again.

Scheduling was easy, and 11 days later, my appointment was about to happen. CleanMAX called the day before to confirm, and the staff called me right at 2 to let me know that they'd be here in about 45 minutes. When the two young men arrived, they evaluated the job, and said they would be done in about an hour. Both were polite and professional, and true to their word, were done in less than an hour. They used an industrial-strength solution to cut the grime in the grout lines, electric fans to dry residual dampness, and water-based grout sealant. My tile looks great, my grout looks great (and tan!), and I had them provide an estimate on the kitchen tile. It's in the same dismal condition, but I know they will be able to handle it. Yes, that means that I will definitely hire them again. They even provided shoe covers to my husband and me, just in case we had to walk on the cleaned and sealed surfaces before they were completely cured. Thank you, CleanMAX!

It was a great experience from the first phone call to book the appointment to the young men showing up on time and doing a professional and wonderful job. The office even followed up with a check in call and thank you card.

I've been lazy in writing this review, but, they deep-cleaned and deodorized my carpets back in April 2016. They were awesome! I had to re-schedule several times and they were okay with it. The 2 young men, Mike & Mitchell, (The M&M guys) were very nice, professional and polite and great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.. as a matter of fact, I'm going to have them do my carpets again soon.

the floors look wonderful , even though there were problems with sealers put on the flooring. the job was great and the floors look great .

They have cleaned my carpets in 3 homes since 1996 with awesome results. I use their no-brainer program so the carpets are cleaned every six months. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job in a more professional manner. I love that we deal with the same people and that the owners care so much about their clients.

Valerie scheduled an appointment when I was available and easy to work with. The two technicians were punctual and did an outstanding job of removing a coffee stain in one of the bedrooms that I honestly didn't think would come out. I plan of using Clean MAX in the future and highly recommend them!

It went very well. They got stains out and got some rust from a metal stand out of the carpet that a previous cleaning company had not.

My tiles had not been cleaned in a while, and they did an excellent job. Although, I will be replacing, the price was reasonable enough for me to go ahead and have them clean it.

Very well. They sent me an email confirming the appointment. Called before arriving. Arrived on time. Cleaned tile and grout as well as sealing the grout. The two workmen where friendly, hardworking, finished in a short time. Made sure we knew when the sealer would dry. The company followed up the next day to insure we were happy with the job.

They are another great outfit, they are wonderful! They were great! They came out and did a fantastic job. I have already scheduled to use them again.

Cleaner were very professional and perform the cleaning of my tile to a very high standard. I do have one concern on arrival the cleaners told me the table area in the kitchen is a separate room. I know they were following the company's instructions on what you use to define a room and I elected not to debate with them. If you ask any realtor if that is one room or two they would say one. My total footage of 159 is well under the 200 allowed on the Angie?s list deal ($99) I signed up for and I feel the $78.00 additional I paid was not justified. It?s not like it cost them any additional supplies or labor. Sent the above comments to Clean Max. They said they would contact me the next day that was 5 days ago and still no call. Updated: Cleaner were very professional and perform the cleaning of my tile to a very high standard.

I contacted three vendors and while two of them never called me, Clean MAX responded to my request for information the next day. The day after that, they at my house cleaning. They did a great job considering what they had to do and I didn't expect all of the staining to come up but they did a great job. Fast, courteous, friendly, and very reasonable!

It went perfectly. The company was in communication with me to confirm our appointment and then to let me know the men were on their way. They went straight to work after describing the process they use and answering any questions I might have. They were finished in no time and the carpets look outstanding. I had just had some remodeling done that created a lot of dust and dirt. I feel like Clean MAX USA did an outstanding job of bringing my carpets back to life.

Very good. They were very professional. Very clean and they cleaned up before they left ,made sure we were satisfied, and wore shoe coverings . they gave us tips on how to keep the carpet clean and were very nice to work with. I would call they again.
