At Clean MAX USA we are experts in Tile, Stone, Grout, Carpet and Textile cleaning! For your safety and comfort, we only send our employees to your home or business (never a sub-contractor). Our employees arrive in uniform and in a truck or van with our company logo on the side. We use professional heavy duty equipment to attain the most thorough cleaning possible; with cleaning agents strong enough to remove the toughest spots, yet gentle enough to rinse completely away with our soft water cleaning systems. Because we know life happens, every service we offer comes with a 30-DAY Clean Guarantee. Thank you for reviewing Clean MAX USA! According to the notes and square footage, we cleaned 10+ rooms in a "4000" square foot home. We think a price of only $380 is fair and actually low for the amount of work provided by our two man crew. Attention future clients... Work is always pre-quoted and approved. Cost of the job is approved prior to work being started in the home. Our invoice has to be signed and amount approved. Always be leary of any company doing work in your home without some sort of paperwork stating the type of service and total cost before work is started. Complaints of cost after a job has been provided confuse me. If the quoted job is too high, please ask us to leave or remove some of the services quoted, so that the costs are at comfortable level. At Clean MAX USA we never force, bait and switch or convince you to purchase what you do not want or do not understand. We look forward to earning your business. Robert, owner, Clean MAX USA

Description of Work: They were professional and friendly, however many stains remain on carpet after they finished. After they left I was able to remove many of them myself with water and a toothbrush. They offered to comeback and redo the carpets but I would have need to take another day off from work and move alike furniture again. More than I bargained for.

Description of Work: Clean Max cleaned carpeting in my master bedroom, den, and office. They fellas were friendly and efficient. They did some spot treatments without hittin' me up for additional charges like many other carpet cleaners have done. Plus, they were able to get out a bad discoloration in the carpeting left by a previous carpet cleaner. I'll definitely hire them again!
