Arrived as scheduled. Tammy was very accommodating as I had to rescheduled due to painting conflict. I expected just an extraction cleaning. Not! A scrubbing machine was used! Then extracted. EXCELLENT! I received a follow up call to check on the service by Justin and Michael

Clean-max staff arrived early (before scdulded staff time) and promptly got to work parapet look clean and flush when finished!.

Called on Thurs - "Help! Need carpets cleaned tomorrow!" The owner fit me in no problem. I received a call prior to scheduled arrival, the two were professional, polite and prompt. They got right to work and Sergio even vacuumed a spot I had missed in the hallway. Great work, clean floors, smells great! Plus I got a discount with coupon!

We have used clean ax for more than 20 years. They are professional and thorough. First time to try the grout cleaning and it looks great. I love their no brainer program where every other cleaning is free. Highly recommended.

I have used 3R for several years for carpet cleaning twice per year. They always do a beautiful job. They are on time and thorough. They also make a reminder call in advance and call when they are en route.

They arrived on time and assessed the square footage that I needed cleaned. They told me about how to handle pet stains and that they would be sure to remove them. Once I agreed to the price, they quickly and efficiently cleaned the carpers. The carpets look beautiful and soft. I have used 3R for 5 years and I always have them back.

They called to let me know approx. what time they would arrive. Upon arrival, they went right to work. They have cleaned my carpets twice a year for years. I am satisfied with their service.

Robert and Justin called indicating that they can start the job early - which they did and ok with us. Robert gave us the cost, told them what needed to be done and started the job right away. The job was done professionally, quick and the carpet cleaned to our satisfaction. Both cleaning specialists were organized to get the job done.

Justin and Sergio showed up on time (Sergio called ahead to let me know when they would arrive.) Justin thoroughly explained which rooms were being cleaned and my total due. They got to work quickly and completed the cleaning in a timely manner.

The service was excellent. The company places a reminder call the day prior to the appt and then call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. Both Scott & Ben arrived on time and are always courteous. Prior to starting any work, all surfaces are measured and an accurate estimate is provided for approval. Once given the O.K. to proceed, all of the counters were cleared and then they expertly cleaned and sealed the tile, all the while explaining what they were doing. Both techs were completely focused on doing a great job and they were very efficient. I have done business with this company for over 8 yrs. They have always been excellent.
