We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for Deep Carpet Cleaning. They were on time, courteous, efficient, and helpful.

It went great. He did a good job. I had him clean the living room, dining room, and the hallway. I also had him clean my bedroom. He was at the home about an hour.

They called ahead of time to let me know they would be early, which was fine. Unfortunately the large truck they brought would not fit as there is a lot of construction currently going on where I live and parking space is limited. The office called to inform me that unfortunately the smaller van could not get out to my location until next week and I am having guests at that time so we were not able to perform the service. I have contacted Angie's List for a refund. Even though the work was not completed everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They were also very responsive adn tried their best to work out the service when the truck would not fit, which was not their fault. I would consider them for service in the future.

Our square footage was a little more, so it came out to be about $ 30 more. They racked the carpet when they were done and wiped down the floor so it wasn't slippery. They wore booties so they wouldn't track in dirt.

It was great. I had all three bedrooms cleaned and it took about an hour to do. I had them put down Scotchguard too.

It was good. Scheduling was good as well. They did a great job. I think I prefer a chemical process for carpet cleaning. But, the carpets were cleaned and they were very professional. I would recommend them to someone who wanted their carpets steam cleaned. It was a very good deal.

.We have a total 925 Sq feet in our unit and I thought they should have given a heads up of the extra Sq footage charge, once they are here it's hard to say no. Justin and Michael were very professional and nice.

It went well. The other company did a more thorough job and included some areas that were extra without any additional charge. Of course by doing that I used them again. As far as the service goes, I think they were comparable.

The tech arrived on time. First he measured the square footage of the area to be cleaned, then he gave me a price for the area above the included sq ft. My living room was cleaned, technician moved the couch to clean under and set it on blocks to prevent any stains. The hallway and a small part of the bedroom (whatever was accessible without moving furniture) were also cleaned. The extra sq ft came to $23.40 eek! almost half the price of the big deal, threw me for a loop, but he was already here so I went with it. Also, the glorious folks who flipped my house stained the hall carpet - tech was unable to get the stain completely up suppose I shouldn't have waited 10 months to have it cleaned. That did bum me out, since now I will have to replace my carpet soon. The tech will upsell scotch guard. I did have it added to the hallway ($9) in an attempt to "slow the aging process" to allow the other carpet a chance to catch up. Two days later the carpet looked as it did before the cleaning. Super bummed! But not sure it's the fault of clean max. All staff I had contact with were kind and courteous.

ldldnThis a great company. . I scheduled with Tammy who provided a date that would work for me. She gave me a 2 hour window of time they would arrive. She called with a reminder the day before and mid-morning on the day to let me know the team was running a little late, maybe a 1/2 hour. I appreciated her letting me know so I could do other things until their arrival. Justin called when he completed his prior job to let me know they would be here in about 20 minutes and they were. Justin and Michael were clean, professional, polite, and worked well with each other. The job was more square feet than was included in the Angie deal, but I didn't mind. They removed a spot my previous carpet cleaner missed. They left me 'booties' to wear over my shoes if I had to walk on the carpet before it was dry, but it dried fairly quickly and it looks fantastic! This carpet is over 20 years old, is light colored and shows everything. They left a folder with more information about their services. I read that they will return within 30 days for free if you aren't satisfied or the 'unthinkable'. I was so happy I took the time to read that because the unthinkable did happen just a week after they were here. I made the pasta from scratch with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, kalamata olives and other goodies, and you guessed it. The pasta bowl slipped and flipped on the beautiful clean carpet. I picked it all up and blotted with paper towels but used no product on it to try to clean it. I marked off the area with blue painter tape to remind me where not to step and to show Clean Max where their services were needed. Instead I called Tammy at Clean Max, told her my sad story, and sure enough Justin was back and cleaned it thoroughly at no charge. What a great service and such a deal! I highly recommend Clean Max to anyone looking for their thorough, professional and personable service.

AWESOME COMPANY!! From my initial phone call, to the two representatives who showed up, measured and cleaned the carpets, to the owner of the company ( Robert ) this was the best overall experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaning company. I called initially on a weekend and was promptly called back by Robert, the owner. I explained that I was crunched for time as escrow had just closed, the house was empty and I only had a week to get it cleaned before we moved in. I described the house and how much carpet we had as best I could. Robert fit me into their schedule on the spot for the following week. By the way, he was the only company to even return my phone call. When the guys arrived the day of service, they measured and called the office since their was so much carpet to clean to see if they could authorize a bigger discount than the deal I had called with initially. Robert got on the phone and kind of laughed and said, wow.....you have A LOT of carpet, but I will honor the price I gave you over the phone, which was $400. I decided to get the stairs done too bringing the total to $472 all in. They team doing the cleaning definitely knew what they were doing. I noticed and appreciated little things they would do to ensure being as clean as possible such as wearing booties every time they walked into or out of the house. They used little plastic corner covers for the walls to prevent scuff marks from the hoses. Clean, meticulous and very customer service focused. Oh......and of course they did a great job too! At the end of the service, they went over all of the other services the company does and provided me with a folder that included some promotional items, a receipt and a letter with some FAQ's about the work they just performed. One of the things they offer, which I have never heard of before, is they will come in within the next 30 days to clean up any spots that have gotten dirty again, even if it is from a new spill! As I am moving in, that is an awesome thing to offer. After the move, if we need anything cleaned again, I know they will be happy to take care of it. Finally, one of the items the featured is carpet stretching / repair work. Although the carpets are in pretty good shape here, there was one area in the family room that butts up against the tile flooring that had pulled away and had a little bit of tack board showing. I asked if there was anyway they could take care of that for me today as well before I filled it up with furniture. Justin jumped on the phone and worked it out with Robert right then and there. Robert himself, came out about 90 minutes later and completed that work for me as well, on demand, for an additional $175. All in all, I was extremely impressed and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. I will most certainly use them again. Thanks guys!!

Really well. Expertly cleaned tile and grout. My floors look like new again. I am thrilled with their service and plan to have them back to clean my carpets.

He measured walls and added $39.00 to what was prepaid ($59.00). Said rooms exceed 350 sqft. He was quick to add but did not deduct for 2 queen beds and 2 dressers that he was not asked to move or clean under. I wanted walking area in a 1700 sq ft home with carpet on only 3 bedrooms. I was asked to pay additional $39 for area of space, not sq foot. Asked to clean.

Justin and Mike were very professional and personable. They moved all the furniture for me; put protective pads under furniture to prevent marking. Justin also explained other services they did that I am interested in having done. I definitely will use they again. They also let a file folder with a brochure on all the services they offer. I have never had a carpet company come so prepared and leave a folder so I can fine them when I need them in two weeks. I plan to have my oriental carpets cleaned and my granite cleaned and polished. Excellent job!

The team of Justin and Michael arrived early, asking if that was acceptable, and I was happy about it. They were pleasant and moved calmly around the four grandchildren. Wow, quick and thorough! The carpets were stunning and so fresh. I appreciated a corner protector they used with the hose equipment and the clean manner of work. Justin patiently explained a carpet re-stretch, which I knew was needed and thrilled the company offered that. I had a quote done for tile cleaning/sealing and sofa cleaning along with the carpet restretch to be done the next day! Fully expect the same excellence and pleased with the work and service. The office is quite pleasant as well.
