They were responsive and prompt and I am very pleased.

There were 2 guys but 1 seemed to be in charge. Each one tackled 1 room but the 1 in charge kept checking on the other room & gave his suggestions to the other guy. They had to treat the office rug with a special solution because 10 years ago, the 2 cats I had created a terrible stain on the rug. He treated my living room rug really great & got rid of all but 1 bad stain but that's kind of hidden. They were both very polite & professional. I have a dog that sheds terribly & all that hair actually plugged up his machine on the truck. He had to go clean out the filter because it was packed with hair. It only took them about 2 hours for them to complete the job I would definitely recommend this company to everyone else if asked. They do EXCELLENT work!!

CleanMax did an exceptional job, we have off white colored carpeting and it was dirty and spotted. CleanMax made it look like new and it has stayed that way much longer than any national company that I have tried before. On time, Courteous, Professional, and an Exceptional Value. Now that the holidays have passed we will have them back again to do the rest of our home! Please take my word, that you will be totally satisfied in every way if you choose CleanMax!

Purchased Angie's Deal as my master bedroom, bath, and walk-in carpet needed re-stretching. We completely removed all furniture even though they offered to move the larger items. They showed up on schedule and did a thorough job of stretching our carpet. He offered to clean the carpet & quoted me prices. Even though their cost was more than I'm used to paying (I've always used the yellow trucks with a coupon), I thought I'd give them a try. Best decision ever! They cleaned and Scotchgarded the 3 areas that were restretched and also cleaned our family room. Robert made my 6 year old carpets look brand new! Looks like I've found a new carpet cleaner. I highly recommend Clean Max!!!

They don't service apartments. They were very polite.

The providers called back within 24 hours and made an appointment to come out within 3 days. They came on time and were there for about 15 minutes total. This included their phone call to me and filling out the receipt. I had the repair work done on one of my rentals. My tenants told me the work took them 10 minutes. The Groupon I purchased cost $97 and was for $200 worth of service. When the workers arrived they said that the work would take them a few hours because they would have to move furniture and stretch out the entire rug. There are only 2 couches in that small living room and a 32 inch flat screen tv on a small stand. The workers said they could do it for another $83.50 because it would take a few hours. After they charged my card, they did the work in 10 minutes and they did not move any furniture. So I didn't really get any discount. I paid $180.50 total for that small amount of work and it did not even end up looking good. The rug edges were frayed and it did not look like a clean repair. I will not use these guys again. I think they were deceitful stating it would take hours, when in fact it was just a few minutes. I think they just used the Groupon to get a person to buy and then when they arrive they increase the price to well above what it should be because they already got the client to put down some money by prepurchasing the Groupon.

Such a great company!!! Bought a special off Angie's list. They were super professional and friendly and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets! Good price too! Will use them for all my future carpet cleaning!!!!

Finally got hold of the company.. They came over to give me an estimate pretty fast after I contacted them. I asked the Tech's if they can give me a discount and they said no but later that day the rep. call me and said they would accept and even $400 instead of $429.05. At the time the tech was here I made an appt. for their service in 3 days. After thinking it over for the amount of work required my wife and I decided it was too high. We based it on carpet cleaning in the past.

I was not able to use them because they weren't able to schedule on Saturdays.

On time job well done. Except for wine spot on carpet.

Clean Max did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the results.

It went well we have terra cotta tile and the only do stone and hard tile. They said that it would be an extra cost which came out to be $1600 big difference from $99 But the job is a big job and I don't fault them for the jump in cost, however I am not willing to spend that much right now.

I talked with the company representative over the phone, and during the conversation thought to talk over with my husband to get his opinion as to whether to go ahead with this repair. Later, I talked with hubby, and he said to let it go for now. And that is why I am requesting the refund, please. We love Angie's List and use it often! Thank you. I will call the company back to let them know we are declining their services for now. The rep was very nice and informative.

The service went very well and I was pleased with what they did. I only had them clean one and a half rooms of carpet. Two technicians came out and completed the job in an hour and a half. The carpets looked great afterwards. I had no problem scheduling the deal and plan on using the company again next year.

The soft water they use makes the carpet feel super nice underfoot and they smelled good after they were done. I wasn't happy about the way the high traffic areas turned out after they dried, but they honored their guarantee and redid them. The high traffic areas look much nicer after a second go through, although I had a weird wet puppy smell after that, but that seems to have gone away. They were very good about protecting corners, walls, and furniture. I liked their follow up, responsiveness and the care they exercised in my house.

I bought an offer on Angie's list for $59 for three rooms, but then I decided to add some more rooms/stairs to it, it was worth it. They were very professional and careful to furniture and walls, there were some minor stains on the new carpet that were completely gone, overall I'm very pleased with their service.

Arrived on time. Went over process and cost before work began. Did an excellent job.

It took them about 30 minutes to do carpet cleaning for me in the dining room, a bedroom and a hallway. I even paid a little extra due to my square footage. They did not clean one area as well as I thought. They did offer to come back out and I will have them re-due that part for me again.

Justin and Michael gave me a reminder call they were on their way,arrived promptly when they said,they quickly,efficiently took care of the job,cleaned up well and left me with clean,quickly drying carpets.

Very well, very responsible nice excellent job.

Everything was excellent from purchasing on Angie's list to making appointment to the service completion.

Robert was on time, did a great job. The tile came out excellent, the difference was amazing. Highly recommend Robert and his company.
