Of all my carpet cleaning experience they were one of the best.

It ended up being terrible. It ripped out a lot of the carpet material, and everywhere they cleaned, the carper has continued to shed Daily I pick up fibers, and when I vacuum I get numerous carpet fibers in the vacuum, and the carpet gets bore and mor bare. I have to replace my carpet. Tuesday mar 31 it is being done. If they want to see it they must contact me and come out mar 30 to look at it. I think they owe me some compensation. It is $7000 to replace the carpet. It is only the rooms they cleaned that are having problems.

Prompt professional service, no issues. I would use CleanMax again.

I used an AnigiesList "Big Deal" to get a 3 room carpet cleaning (max 400SQFT) but found out that none of those square feet could be stairs. I needed 2 rooms and some stairs done so I paid extra for the stairs. Scheduling was painless and they were prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough. Great workers and great results.

Everything went well. The grout looked so much better when done.

I ended up getting a refund from Angie?s List because they informed me that my carpet was too old to do the repair. They were very prompt, on time, and respectful. They were very knowledgeable and fair, and explained why they couldn?t do the repair.

It was fine. I added another couple of rooms and they have to add extra for pet stains. The rugs looked okay. They did come out again the second time to make sure that we were satisfied. It was my daughters' house that has dog, kids and some bad stains so they did come out the second time to work on the stains that didn't come out the first time.

The deal specified that it was up to 350 sq ft. I didn't realize that and decided not to use the services due to ($165 for cleaning and $50 of optional treatment) additional costs. They were on time, friendly and professional.

They were great. The final cost went over but I gad extended services from them. They did a great job. They were very friendly, very punctual. They provided the services promised and provided a quote for future work as well.

Robert & Mitchell arrived right on time in response to our appointment to repair some carpet. We decided to go ahead & have carpet cleaned (had never been professionally cleaned & 11 years old)! Carpet came out looking like new! Plan to have tile cleaned in near future.
