They did such a great job on the tile floor! We had a carpet spot from dog vomit that had just happened the day before they came, and they cleaned that area for us for an additional charge. Which was a fair price and it turned out very well. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. We would defiantly use them again.

Tile looked great after they were done

Took 2 days for the carpet to dry completely. When we commented about the wetness before they left, they said "Oh. You didn't pay for the "Premium" service. And didn't even offer to do another extraction (or tell what the "premium price" would have been.)

Techs, Justin and Mitchell, were top of the line in customer service and proficiency. I'm extremely satisfied with probably the BST service received with Angie's List. I will call on them again.

I bought a $69 coupon deal. When I scheduled I informed the scheduler that I was in a wheelchair. Also that the house should qualify for the 400 sq ft even though there was a hallway. If the hallway was going to be extra-regardless- she should have told me right then, but she didn't. After making all the necessary arrangements to accommodate the cleaners - the driver calls me as he drives by to let me know that his truck cannot access our driveway because of the trees. I was very upset and called the dispatcher to let them know that this was not acceptable. Accessing our driveway has never been an issue. They did manage to get another truck out - but the driver had a real attitude. Came in with his rolling measurer - to the tune of 404 sq ft. So I was charged an additional $23.40. The cleaners were there for 20 minutes: Traffic area in 2 small bedrooms, a small hallway and traffic area in a very small living room. I didn't feel the cleaning was exceptional. I will NEVER use CleanMax again. If they were really trying to promote business - I feel they should of honored the coupon, considering the duress they put me through.

The communication with this provider was excellent. They showed up right on time. My carpets turned out beautiful and didn't take very long to dry. They gave me some shoe covers to wear while the carpets were drying. My carpets are now so soft and fluffy. I will definately use them again.

The team of two arrived on time and proceeded to measure the area to be cleaned. I had a few square feet more than the deal covered(200 sq. ft) There was an extra charge for square footage over the 200,which I paid gladly! We are very please with the results and have referred the company to others

Cleanmax is awesome! They did a large job for me for a commercial campus and they did a residential home for me as well. They came in as the best price out of four bids, they communicated all expectations, visited the site to verify they could deliver on their promise, and did just that! A couple weeks after they came out, I noticed that we spilled something right in the middle of the carpet they cleaned. I called to ask for an estimate for spot cleaning, but they refused to bid the work because it's covered under their 30 day clean guarantee. They just came out and did the spot, and a few others. I'm blown away at their commitment to service. If you want a company that you don't have to worry about the result, call Cleanmax. They are top-notch to work with. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

First they cleaned it to make sure they were not sealing in any dust or dirt, then sealed it. They had scheduled between 10 and 12. We received a call about 9:30 am from them asking if we minded them showing up at 9:45 as they were running ahead of schedule, I really appreciated that they had called first just in case, but we said we were fine with them coming earlier. Our bathroom was less square footage than was listed in the Angie's list deal, so they even asked if we had any additional tile to seal and they would do another area to make sure we had 200 sq feet sealed. I told them we did not and we were fine with what had been done. Good experience, they were prompt, informative, cleaned up completely, courteous.
