Victor was extremely helpful with the two tasks we had. He knew immediately how to remove some old garage door springs and saved us at least a half hour on the job. Similarly he worked with us to safely move and transport a very heavy modern refrigerator and relocate an old refrigerator to the garage. Having done these jobs in the past, I am sure Victor made the tasks safer and saved us at least an hour of labor time with his knowledge. Victor is always cheerful and effective.

Victor arrived on time. We spoke at length about what I wanted to accomplish. He made somes suggestions...we went back and forth until I like the plan and he understood very clearly what I wanted. He gave me an estimate which I thought was fair considering the work he needed to do in the hot blazing sun. I basically left for work and let him get to it. He sent me a text message around 4-5 hours later advising that the job was complete. My husband was home by then and was able to approve the work and take care of the invoice. Both my husband and I are very happy with the work Victor did. He was very careful to understand exactly what I wanted and he actually exceeded my expectations. We would definitely hire Victor again...as a matter of fact, I am already making a list of things he can fix. I highly recommend him.

Overall Vic and his assistant did a good job. They were friendly and worked hard. I did need them to come back to fix a few things, but I couldn't really say if they should have been able to catch the problems on the first visit or not, so I'm not going to ding them on that.

The installation was on the second floor of our house. Victor reviewed the situation, reviewed the instructions, and went to work. Having had other small air conditioners installed, each one is slightly different. The installation took about two hours but went smoothly without a hitch. The final product is solid and pretty air tight. For a second-floor installation (requires a tall ladder and planning to make sure there are no accidents) this worked out well.

Victor was punctual and knowledgable and was able to give us a satisfactory quote for the work in our kitchen. We were having him come out to estimate what it would cost to fix the problems that our original contractor started. In the future, if we complete the work, we would definitely give Victor a call.
