During removal, and replacement, contractor's employees shot so many nails through the sheathing that it destroyed the 2X4 rafters.Other sections of the sheathing were left floating more than an inch away from the rafter.Many nails missed the rafters all together.TRC Roofing then proceeded to bill me for alleged extra work that never took place.

+ -1 moreT.R.C. was professional and helpful. Their price was competitive to other estimates we received. Their proposal was not as detailed as other estimates and left a few follow-up questions. Ultimately, we decided not to use T.R.C because their labor warranty is only 5 years (as opposed to 10 years industry standard) and their per foot fascia replacement was double of the bid we ended up accepting.
Description of Work: T.R.C. provided an estimate for a complete roof replacement and fascia repair.
