The Tile Zone

I consider the Tile Zone to be a "boutique". The staff is very helpful and responsive and this has been consistent no matter who waits on me. The prices are high (compared to a "big box" store) however their selection is awesome. They have beautiful tiles that you will never find elsewhere. When I came back to purchase, the gentleman (owner) I believe was very helpful. My more expensive purchase (pending) is one I have to put off due to the high price of the tile. He offered me a discount which I really appreciate. Only concern is if you want installation prices it is best to talk to the person in charge as I received conflicting info. I highly recommend this company and am happy to take my time to review.

Took three times to get my tile, but the end result was great.

We spoke with 3 different salesman and all of them were very helpful. We brought in a sample of the floor tile we were trying to complement and they provided various color schemes to give us some insight on how all would look. We are very satisfied with the level of service and the quality of the tile from The Tile Zone and would highly recommend them for anyone's tile needs.

I recommend them to a lot of people. I like their service and the quality of tile they carry. They help me out a lot when I did a remodel. We just used someone else to install the tile. Had the contractor not had someone, I would have used them.

They were knowledgeable, professional and well priced. Good selection. It was less than what was quoted by Home Depot, also had better delivery.

They helped with design and calculations to keep the project affordable. The Tile Zone helped us pick out nice tile, accents, and grout.

They went out of their way to find the tile previously used and special ordered the tile I needed, They were friendly and went out of their way to help me research tile I purchased 2 years before. The tile was ordered promptly and delivered when promised.

Their prices were very good; they even gave me a discount. They called me and always followed through. They ordered the tile quickly. The process was very smooth.

I ordered some tile from them, it was triangular shaped. The first set I got, some were scratched or cracked. They ordered it again, which was not a problem. We then had to return it because it ended up not working with our project. They allowed us to return it since it was undamaged. We changed tile and some of it was cracked. The guy was really nice and explained that the type of stone I was choosing cracked easily. He ordered me a bunch of new ones. He checked it beforehand and let us know when it was ready. They have a great selection. I wish they were a little cheaper, but what they have is really pretty. The people are really nice.

Their customer service was excellent. I went in looking to pick some accent tiles to match some house paint. Even thought I was placing a very small order, they treated me as a valued customer. They placed the order promptly. They called me when it arrived and let me know what else I would need. They know their stock well and know what is needed to place the tiles.

They were very good and helpful. When we ordered the tile, it came on time. They were good on follow up. We would certainly use them again. If I was doing a small job and didn’t have a general contractor, I would have trusted them.

They had to come back out and redo some things and we had some scheduling issues, but I would definitely use them again.

They did a really good job. They take care of detail and clean up well. They did a beautiful design job and a beautiful job installing the tiles.

I live in an old place. Tile Zone moved the appliances and removed multiple layers of old linoleum-type sheeting that had been cemented to the kitchen floor over many years. They installed a new underlayment and porcelain tiles. The process took about 4 days. The installers arrived on time each day, did their work professionally, continuously cleaned up after themselves, and finished on schedule. The work looks great.

Initially, we were going to have a lot more work done, like installing tiles in the master bath. However, we ended up putting that off and just doing a tile backsplash behind the stove in the kitchen. George came out to give us an estimate for both and was very thorough about it; he arrived on time too, which was a good sign. I had made the appointment in person at their store and was also able to checkout their collection at the same time. Eventually, we ordered a 4" glass tile for the stove backsplash in a color that is lovely and works great with our kitchen palette. I had to follow up on the status of the order once, but that was it. It arrived right around the time George said it would and he called once it did. They were definitely pleasant and efficient. Even though we didn't have them do the installation, they came through on the order.

Quality of work was excellent. He did not charge more than his estimate. It was a difficult job due to the condition of the floor. He completed the job on time.

George was extremely helpful while my wife and I picked out tile for our bathroom. We got lucky when another job was postponed, and were able to schedule the work within a few days (otherwise, there would have been a six week wait). George came to our house to check the extent of the water damage and to measure. Three days later, George arrived along with his two workers. He explained the job to them, then left them to it. The demolition and sub-floor installation took one day. The tile was laid and grouted the next. George came back to check on the work, and we negotiated for the installation of the new baseboards. All work was complete by the second day. The tile looks great.
