Vince Downey was our representative and everything he said for the bid sounded great, he was friendly and sounded knowledgeable. The problems started when work was to begin, due to overbooking he had to switch the start of our work from Thursday to Saturday - no big deal but this would be a problem later. Everything got pushed back but we had a hard deadline for the work to be finished because of a move, and so it showed in the work. The paint job was just plain sloppy, random paint marks on the ceiling, paint all over fixtures, and just sloppy work. They broke a wooden enclosure by placing a heavy block of drywall over it (never fixed). They didn't attach any of the faceplates to the outlets correctly and when I complained they came back and broke them (with the outlets having gaps between the plate and the outlet and all askew). They left a gap between the wall and the window until I complained and they came back and sealed it. They also left garbage all over the yard. I attached some pictures of the shoddy work (I have plenty more). The main issue was that Vince subcontracted out the work to someone else and after telling Vince the issues, he just kept sending that same sloppy guy back who would break a different thing, because Vince had already paid him and didn't want to pay anyone else to fix all of the sloppy work. I finally gave up, told him not send that guy anymore and paid him to be done with it, but this was a terrible experience.

We are so pleased with the job done by these construction company. I am really impressed with the final result of my home remodeling. Jack was great in updating on the working process. such a awesome job.

We needed to put recessed lights in our condo, they did it, and we were very satisfied with the end result. Totally guys did 10 lights in 4 different rooms and it took them less than a day to do it. Thank you for being so helpful!

But at the beginning of our cooperation guys discovered some unpleasant issues. There was no framing of the walls. Guys re-framed the walls, installed supports under the house, and repaired the sub floor. Overall, Jack and his crew always responded quickly and did their job well. No issue was left.

The job was more complex because our walls were also textured. Guys did a very good job at patching all the holes and repainting the walls. The guys were on time every day and cleaned up at the end - that was nice.

It was easy and quickly to schedule, sent an estimate for approval prior to starting the work, and then invoiced on completion. He doesn't up-sell you on things you don't need as some other constructors do. His work is fast, clean, and reliable. Many thanks!

He's straight forward when it comes to problem solving and has the resources and know-how to deliver what he quotes. It's nice to find someone that can complete a kitchen remodel efficiently on time and have it come out stunning and on budget.

I've worked with many contractors in my business of interior design and I have to say these guys are by far the best experience I've had. Jack and his team were professional, easy going and great communicators. My backyard patio remodel came out better then I expected.

Jeff and his team are amazing. It took us a couple of months to find a contractor and we are so lucky we found Jeff. The work was finished on time. His team of tilers, electricians, plumbers and painters are a pleasure to work with, hardworking, and at the top of their field. Jeff made this remodel as stress free as possible and dealt with any concerns we had right away.

In the end, they ended up demoing an exterior wall and a bunch of concrete in the back yard, bricking up two extra doorways, and installing a new window. The quality of the work was top notch. The crews were friendly and efficient. Overall, the project was done right and on time. Would highly recommend.

I just recently bought a house and was in need of a remodeling contractor. I found this construction team while researching contractors. After meeting with the worker I knew he was the right guy for the job. In less then a month I had two bedrooms remodeled, as well as hardwood floors installed throughout the house. The crew was friendly and always cleaned up and organized the work area at the end of each day. They exceeded my expectations.
