 + -1 moreOur three year-old Hoover WindTunnel vacuum suddenly lost it's "self-propel" capability and the brushes failed to rotate. We used Angie's List to locate this vacuum repair shop (which shares space with a sewing store). The people running both businesses are very friendly and efficient. Adam, who owns and runs the vacuum repair operation, quickly replaced the belt on the unit we brought in. We were so pleased that we went home and brought the older unit in for an evaluation. All that was needed was a new belt on it as well. Things couldn't have gone any better. To have both vacuum cleaners restored so quickly for such a small sum of money was a refreshing experience.
Description of Work: Evaluated under-performance issues on two Hoover Windtunnel vacuum cleaners of different ages, determined only need was updating belts in both units.

 + -1 moreI AM ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, REPAIRS AND EXPERIENCES AT SEW VAC. THEY ARE VERY SKILLED AND EDUCATED ABOUT MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SEWING MACHINES, SO I KNOW I CAN TRUST THEM WITH MINE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A 797 CD 'LACE CARD' ON ONE OF MY EXPENSIVE DIGITAL SEWING MACHINES.
