Description of Work: I received 3 bids for a new roof for the church property and although they were not the least expensive they had the best rating and I appreciated their responsiveness. They did the work quicker than expected and we are satisfied with the work. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreLeft a message got a call back, scheduled an appointment with the owner to come over and give me a bid. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and spent a fair amount of time explaining what needed to be done and why. He said he would send a bid over within the next couple days. 2 days no bid, 5 days later still no bid and no contact. I called and left a message, no call back. 8 days later called and left message again, asking them to please send me the bid or call me --- No Call Back! While here he gave a general indication of price ($9K range for 900sqft house) but said he would work up the bid and send it. I have never received a call or bid from him.

+ -1 moreI had 6 Roofing Contractors provide me bids. Contractors were from referrals from friends, neighbors, and Angie's List. Sam's roofing was the second lowest price. I scheduled the job with them. They were very accomodating to small changes and additions I needed. They started on time and finished a day early. Very professional and courteous. I woulld highly recommend.
Description of Work: New Roof. Removed existing roof (1 layer). Replaced missing or damaged boards. Installed new vents and GAF HD shingles. 1,500 Sq. ft. House.

Description of Work: Total re-roofing - included tear off existing roofing and installing new roofing. Part of my roof was a flat roof and they installed a highly reflective coating to the flat roof and it is doing a wonderful job of insulating the room and keeping the heat out.

Description of Work: Sam's roofing is a family business. The work included old roof tear off, new roof and dormer installation. The finished installation looks fabulous and our home looks new again. It took a little less than 3 days to complete. Everyone involved was professional and timely. They were competitive on price. Answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them.
