+ -1 moreLance has been our "go to" guy for all our painting needs for about 12 years. He has never disappointed us. He is very meticulous and will not consider the job done until we are completely satisfied. He has made great suggestions about color as well as the type of detailing that would look best. He has always adhered to his prices he has quoted. Warning: Lance may not have been the cheapest, but if you want the job done well and you want it to last, he's your guy. Lance can also be trusted to work well even if the property owner may not be available to supervise him.
Description of Work: Painted exterior of house, including doing all preparation work. Also has done other painting jobs on interior and exterior of house.

+ 0 moreI liked that he was very neat and meticulous. He honored his bids. There is really nothing that I don't like about his work. I have referred him to several people. He is very good at what he does. I actually got some projects planned for him.
Description of Work: Robertson Painting painted my bathroom. He also did some handyman work for us. He put in a recess light fixture and helped change out the baseboards and things like that.

+ -1 moreVery well. He gave a quote and time frame and delivered on all. If you want a the best paint job for a great price and want the details handled, Lance is who you want to do the work. He worked very neat and clean and never ever left any kind of evidence he was painting behind.
Description of Work: Lance did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. It is a combination of wood and stucco. He helped selected the colors and the right combination to enhance the features of the house. He used Dunn Edwards paint and hand did all the work - no spraying at all. Since he painted the exterior so well, we've had him back to do interior work as well. His price was competitive, the work was superior. He is a professional painter.
