Description of Work: When I called and asked if we could get a tech out to look at our A/C, I stated if there will be a charge. The secretary stated she will call back, she never phoned back. The tech phoned and said he will be out tomorrow. I stated again will there be a charge for the quote still not a straight answer. The tech comes out and stated there will be a fee, I stated I asked when I called no one let me know because I would have made arrangements to have the a check present.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. IT WAS SUCH A MINOR THING THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE FOR IT. THE PEOPLE WERE FINE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED THE FILTER IN THE AIR CONDITIONER AND CLEANED OUT THE DUCTS.
