I have had a great experience with the owner, and she cares a lot about her crew's performance. No matter what I have asked from her, she has always been excellent and caring for us.

Every time our house is cleaned by the team, it is spotless. We receive a confirmation text a few days before our cleaning day, and on the scheduled day, anywhere from 3-4 people arrive at our house and work hard and efficiently to make the house sparkle. The owner of the company works with us to accommodate our scheduling needs, and will handle any special cleaning requests. I am sure that we could find a cleaner for a little less money, but the quality of work , professionalism of the staff, and clear communication is worth the price.

We've been using the services provided by the owner, for over 15 years. The team is thorough and consistent. On the rare occasion that I've had a concern, they've been responsive. Communication is easy. I LOVE that a small team comes in and my house is clean in less than two hours - as opposed to having 1 or 2 people there all day like other services.

I trust vianney and all her employees completely when they are in my home. We work so usually nobody is home when they come and clean. They let themselves in and close up when they are done. Another benefit, there are four of them so it only takes about an hour to clean the whole house. This is a big plus on those random days when i am home. I have recommended her to many people and they are happy too. Like i said above she has been cleaning my house for five years, and during that time a couple random things have been broken. When that has happened she has always repaired everything promptly. Another plus is they provide all their own cleaning supplies and equipment. I highly recommend them.

It was very well. I had been out of town for a few weeks and upon my return they was this massive amount of flies. There was no food in my house at the time so I didn't understand where they came from. I was so disgusted I felt I wanted my entire place deep cleaned. So I called Vianney. She responded instantly and scheduled a consultation. She was punctual and curteous. She then scheduled my bi-weekly cleanings same day and time unless I requested otherwise. She is very accommodating as well. I always appreciated that. They come in as a group and would be in and out in an hour. I loved it fast and easy.

Vianney and her crew have been cleaning my house for about a year now. I was living with friends who used their services and always loved coming home after they had come by. I would open the door and it would smell so clean and the house was always in top shape when they left. So naturally when I moved out I had to make sure I would get the same treatment in my new house. They do a great job every time. I am always so excited to come home on cleaning day. They are also great with my dogs so that is a plus. They are always on time and if they won't be, Vianney will text you herself to let you know of any changes. Highly recommended.
