I called Primo Plumbing to have someone come out and assess a clogged sink. The plumber showed up with all neccesary tools to unclog the drain. He spent about an hour and half on site. He was very knowledgable and offered some good tips.I didnt feel like I was being sold or pushed to get unneccessary work done. I recieved a discount for using Angie's List.

Most quotes came in much higher than Primo. Tom arrived promptly and did an excellent job. I would use Tom again for plumbing work.

Overall I'm very happy with the service recieved.

The entire experience was excellent. The plumber was finishing a prior job and called to provide an ETA. He arrived in a timely manner. He provided me with an estimate of work at my request. The job was more complex than I initially thought. The kitchen faucet and fixtures were in very bad shape. The original lfixtures were 40 years old. One shutoff valve was inoperative. I had both intake valves replaced in addition to installing new flex hoses and required hardware. The old dispoal unit was rusted out and no longer worked. The plumber was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after the job was done. Overall, a very positive experience. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed.

Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem we decided to install P-traps for which I was quoted $155 dollars, he costed me on the parts which were very inexpensive. I asked specifically how much the labor was going to cost. The job took two hours he was very professional put everything back etc, however I was surprised to find the job which was quoted at 155 to end up costing 230. He explained this was because it took him two hours. I was sitting less than 20 feet from where he was working and at no time did he feel he should let me know the labor was running over. He did not quote the job as being so much per hour. He was great with letting me know which products to use to keep the drain clear (simple green its a natural de-greaser) and when pouring oil down the drain to use cold water not hot water, hot water causes it to turn to putty in the drain. But I feel rooked by the jack up in the price without a word.

I left our # with the answering service and received a prompt call back to set up an apt.. The guy was about an hour late, but he got right down to business. Fixing our kitchen faucet, (that has been driving us nuts), and cleaning out a badly plugged drain. It was quick, painless and the guy was really nice. Good Work, keeping the # for future use.

They showed up on time, double checked to make sure it was taken care of, and gave us advice to avoid grease clogs in the future.

The experience was refreshing because of his promptness, his professionalism and his skill. At every step of the repairs he explained to me what he was doing and why.

I originally called another highly rated Angie's list company. They use voice mail for contact. It's not very efficient. I went back the Angie's List website and found Primo Plumbing; I am glad to have a plumber I call on for my future plumbing repairs.

One of the guys came out and worked on my kitchen sink for about half an hour. The sink was very badly clogged and I had tried all kinds of things to clear it. He went to work immediately and cleared both the garbage disposal and the other side of the sink as well. He also discovered a leak under the sink -- he said could easily have been caused by the vibration of running the garbage disposal with such frequency and intensity in trying to clear it. He fixed the leak with no additional charge. He gave me suggestions to keep all my drains clear and functional. Overall the experience was fantastic -- great service, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Bill came out to give me a bid in a timely manner, even though he wasn't feeling well. We set a date for the work and he was there. Everything works well and he did it all in one day.

The repair went well. The procedure was explained to me, in advance, there were no surprises.

Anything plumbing - I trust him! Really friendly guy and he will sit and talk with me - but not charge me for that. He's prompt, but if he's running late, he gives you a call to let you know. He does charge travel fees, but I don't mind that because he's been working with us for so long that its worth it for the continuity and trust that we have.
