+ -1 moreThe owner of Preferred met with the homeowners association board to select paint colors; key employees met with the entire homeowners group to explain the process and answer any questions. Each building was completed before moving on to the next. The project was completed professionally and nearly all homeowners were complimentary of the work that was done.
Description of Work: Preferred painted our 15 unit condominium complex. Three buildings each two stories high. Project included walls, window trim, wood doors and other wood features of our buildings.

+ 0 moreI am on the board of our HOA and ran this project. Jeff and his staff were very thorough and respectful. They responded quickly to our requests and kept within their time line. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good, solid exterior painting company.
Description of Work: Painted all exterior trim and fencing on a 6 unit complex. Removed, repaired and reinstalled rotted trim when necessary.
