Paint Boy

They started off great then day by day they slowed down/less people on the job. When the job was almost completed they took weeks to complete the job. They did not respond to emails or phone calls.

They came with the wrong paint from the main exterior to the trim of windows. Had to return back to paint store. The two workers they sent out did not have the right equipment, I had to let them borrow my extended ladder to reach the high places they had to paint. Had to remind them to re-caulk the wood and re-glaze the windows, which they were unaware of doing. They only painted the bottom of the patios. I tend to believe this company uses day laborers who do not acknowledge doing a professional job. Shame on the paint store that highly represents this company.

Warning! We want to protect others from going through what we did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Refused to provide copy of insurance, workers' comp, bonds to us- uses untrained (possible 'day laborers'). Damaged several items in home, over-sprayed onto the neighbors home, unprofessional work, threatening letters attempting to force payment on services not completed. Late or did not show up at all & did not call. Would not take responsibility for poor work or damages to home.

FRUSTRATING. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FOR ME WAS THE POOR QUALITY. THE PEOPLE THEY SENT OUT WERE COURTEOUS, AND PUNCTUAL, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK SUCKED. I HAD TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO FIX THINGS, WHICH WAS A PAIN. EVEN THEN, SOME THINGS NEVER GOT FIXED. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.
