I have known Matt for over 10 years and he is one of the most talented and professional sales people I know. Because of that, my Fiance and I chose him as our realtor to buy our first home in Long Beach. During our first meeting we asked him about places we found on Zillow and he knew the status of almost all of them off the top of his head; his knowledge of the local market was extremely impressive. He got us showings of places before other buyers which ended up being key in getting an offer in and accepted on the place we wanted. During Escrow he explained the whole process very thoroughly and was very fast to respond to all of our questions. He even asked the previous owner and their Realtor our "unusual" questions to make sure we were 100% happy with our decision. When we had some issues with the HOA documents he worked with the HOA management company to get all of our questions answered in detail. I am not sure we would have gotten through Escrow without all of the support and advice Matt provided. Matt is a fantastic Realtor and I would recommend him to anyone!

I don't think we can say enough great things about Matt. My husband and I met him at an open house and talked with him a bit about what we were looking for in a home. My husband and I kept seeing him at open houses and there was just a feeling that he just "got us" and knew what we were looking for. We hired Matt and immediately we were on our way to finding our new home.
