MASONRY BY JOE INC

I received 4 estimates from various companies. Joe's estimate was the lowest. More importantly, he seemed the most knowledgeable and the most detail oriented. I provided the plan in the form of drawings. The work was scheduled approximately 1 month in advance. The work was initiated and completely on time. I was very pleased with the result. The quality of the work was exceptionally high. There was some impact on the lawn and landscape planting, but this was to be expected, especially considering the demolition work.

The project went fantastic. Joe was recommended to me by South Coast Shingle when I researching the type and color of stone I wanted to use. And as it turns out, he lives just down the street for me. He met me at my home at about 5:30 on a weeknight for the bid and answered all my questions. It took about twenty minutes. He gave me a quote on the spot. Two days later I called to book him. It took about two weeks for his schedule to clear. The job took 3 days. Joe and his crew were very meticulous and always on time. His dad, a professional tradesmen too, even came out to assist with some electrical work. In addition, Joe was very patient with me when I decided to make a few changes. I have two more projects lined up for Joe as soon we've got the budget. He's going to add the stone veneer to our chimney and add stone to our walkways. We can't wait!
