Description of Work: Manny and his helper did a great job! My carpet had yellow pet spots and was also soiled from dirt. He came back after my complaint that my white carpet dried yellow, maybe from over spotting and soaking. The final outcome is excellent for such old carpeting. I am very pleased.

 + -1 moreInitially, we had asked for a basic cleaning, but after close inspection of the carpet and stains, a shampoo cleaning was recommended. For an additional $70, we basically did shampoo cleaning for the 2 living rooms, 1 bedroom, and one hallway - and so we got 2 rooms at the basic cleaning cost, which was great :) Overall, very happy with the outcome and the service.
Description of Work: Company provided a shampoo cleaning for 2 small apartments (2 living rooms + one bedroom + one hallway).

 + -1 moreMy husband had become bed bound, and I needed to use a Hoyer Lift to transfer him to a wheel chair so he could get out of our bedroom and see part of the "world". Hydraulic leakage was evident from time to time. This was just a fraction of the dreadful stains that reminded me of his situation. I am so pleased with the attention and service provided. I no longer see these stains and I am so grateful.
Description of Work: Took care of deep and troublesome stains that had settled into my carpet during my husband's cancer care/hospice.
