Horrible service, delivery not performed! Wrong Appliance. Customer service is VERY RUDE!

The appliances were delivered, but the price for installation is too high. I hired a handyman to do the work for a much more reasonable price.

They quoted us $7000 for thirteen windows while another provider asked for $11000. They were very professional but just that they were a little out of my budget. If I didn't have any constrain on my budget I would have gone with them. They were very detailed, very professional and educational. The thing is when we go with them, we have to tell them if we are on a budget constrain so that they can probably work something with us. I didn't know that until I made a decision already. When they make an appointment, they make an effort to show up on time. They are very professional and very knowledgeable of their product. The only thing that I wasn't well informed was the product they use so we have to do our own homework for all the different things. When we go and set up the appointment they have to ask their customers if they have done a little bit of homework ahead of time because sometimes they provide certain products that we've never heard of.

THEY WERE JUST FINE OVERALL. WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE JOB WHATSOEVER. IT WASN'T THAT BIG OF A DEAL OR ANYTHING. THEY WERE JUST IN AND OUT WITH THE CARPET.

TWO YOUNG MEN CAME TO MOVE THE WATER HEATER. IT WAS EVIDENT FROM MY HUSBAND THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DRILLED A HOLE IN THE WALL TO PUT THE WATER HEATER OUTSIDE FROM INSIDE WHERE IT ORIGINALLY WAS. THE CABINET THE WATER HEATER SITS IN OUTSIDE. THEY BENT THE DOOR WHEN THEY PUT IT IN. IT WAS JUST A TOTAL DISASTER. THE PRICE OF THE WATER HEATER WAS FAIR. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, PUNCTUALITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM GET AN F. IT WAS TERRIBLE. I WOULD NEVER BUY OR GO INTO A LOWE'S AGAIN.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS. I PICKED THE DOOR, AND IT WASN'T THE ONE I PICKED. THE DOOR GOES UP AND DOWN, AND THE OTHER ONE DIDN'T. IT'S FINE. IT'S MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER DOOR. I JUST WANTED A DOOR THAT WENT UP AND DOWN.

THIS WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. THERE WERE HIDDEN FEES THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT UP FRONT. I HAD TO GET A CHEAPER MODEL. AFTER I ORDERED THE CABINETS, THEY SENT THE WRONG TYPE. IT TOOK THEM 2 WEEKS TO REPLACE IT. WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CAME, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE AGAIN. I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. IT TOOK ME A TOTAL OF 6 WEEKS TO GET THE CABINET INSTALLED. I SHOULD HAVE HIRED IKEA. AT LEAST WITH THEM THERE ARE NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

I LIKED THE PRICE. IT WAS 10 PERCENT OFF THE CARPET AND INCLUDED INSTALLATION. I LIKED THE SPEED AND VERSATILITY THEY SHOWED WHEN INSTALLING THE CARPET. I LIKED THE COMPETENCE THEY SHOWED. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND PUNCTUAL.
