 + -1 moreSetting up the appointment by phone was no problem. He was very courteous. But the locksmith himself was not professional. He couldn't find the street, despite clear directions. When he finally did arrive, it took him over 2 hours to complete the job, largely because much of the time he was on the cell phone. Finally, he only gave us one set of keys, claiming that his machine was broken. The locks seem to work fine, but he was late, worked inefficiently, and didn't perform all work as promised. We won't hire the company again.
Description of Work: He replaced 11 locks on my new home. I got a quote over the phone for replacing cylinders and making multiple duplicate keys.

 + -1 moreI thought Chris was the most reasonable, much more so than anyone else. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me good advice on securing my house. He was very fast, and even came out at 6:30 at night.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY REPLACED MY SCREEN DOOR KNOB WITHIN 15 MINUTES. THEY GAVE ME TWO EXTRA KEYS.
Description of Work: THE LOCKSMITH CAME OUT TO MY HOME, AND STRIPED MY LOCK ON MY SCREEN DOOR. REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.
