Description of Work: They failed to give a bid that included everything. They kept adding things on, which added to the cost and did not give us a realistic bid to compare with anyone else who had given us a bid. I've seen what some of the other companies have done for pools our size and price of $25000.00 and it is a lot better then the job that they did. We got the bare minimum. The contractors who did the work were sub-contractors that left open holes in the backyard, they left a long deep open ditch next to the open and empty pool in which my mom stepped in to the ditch and went head first in to the pool that was empty. They did not cover any of the open ditches or tape off the area. They did nothing. There was nothing in the backyard warning to take caution or safety precautions. There were zero concerns for person safety. They initially said that they were going to help us and that we would be recompensed some from by the insurance company and then this company disappeared with no trace. We spent thousands of dollars trying to find and contact them to be reimbursed for the injuries. We have still not been able to contact them and we are out of about $6000. We found that this company was rented and the contractors are not highly rated and are con-artists.
