+ -1 moreWe contacted Tony on advice of our architect, who was concerned that our front porch might be unstable and require replacement. Engineering report concluded that problems with settling of porch could be remedied without reconstruction, for a small fraction of anticipated cost. He also identified other repairs that would prolong life of the porch. And he reviewed a chimney contractor's proposal, offering suggestions which will significantly cut cost of chimney repair. He made himself available to answer additional questions after his report was completed.
Description of Work: Provided report on structural integrity of front porch and brick chimney.
