Shoddy service run by unprofessionals who don't want to take responsibility for damage they do while cleaning carpets. The techs that serviced my carpets scratched and chipped my wood floors in several places getting their gear up the stairs. Then they did a half-assed job on the carpets until I made them go over several spots in front of me. Attempts to contact them about this led to EXTREME defensive attitude and game playing, saying they tried to contact me, but I have no record of that. They seemed unusually adamant about coming back to do more work on the floors. Now I know why. If you use this service MAKE SURE to keep your eyes on them the entire time. Going to be taking them to court for damages.

The technicians are polite and helpful. They are very good on what they did and clean out all the lint and even birds nest from the dryer ducts for our 8 units town houses. They also clean the back of the dryer as well as the inside with the vacuum. They reconnect and clean up everything after cleaning and walk extra mile to clean up the garage floor as well.

Description of Work: The team was on time, professional, Covid safe and fast. Very responsive when I was trying to make the appointment. We used them for both carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. The carpets dried in about an hour which was great. Highly recommend.
