The work done is fantastic. I appreciated how easy it was to work with Jon, being that I was not at the property. Jon was in constant contact via phone, texting, and email keeping me updated on the progress of the project. If any issues came up I recieved text messages with photos so that it was like I was on site. For anyone that has a project similar to mine where they can't be at the location at all times, he is definitely someone that works extremely well on his own. Since the project I had another area that needed tiling so I hired him for that job also. Great job, nice guy. Thanks for everything.

One tile cracked and had to be replaced. They returned and corrected this in a reasonable time.

I was only going to add granite to my kitchen and 3 bathrooms but Artisian made it possible to put in brand new cabinets in the kitchen and new vanities in 3 bathrooms.. I still can't believe it. John and Artisian Tile are amazing !!!!!
