+ -1 moreWell, the fix didn't take. We called Klear Water and they set out to find a part or make one that would work. We had hoped to have the jacuzzi working for the Labor Day weekend, but that wasn't going to happen. However, the company kept searching and we got a call informing us that they had found the part. Adam came back out today and installed it. He was always cheerful, optomistic and efficient. Not only will we use them again, but when we finally break down and get a new jacuzzi we will buy from their partner, CalSpas in Lakewood.
Description of Work: My 24 year old jacuzzi was leaking. Adam, from Klear Water came out and tried to fix it. He was hoping to save us the cost and delay of finding a part for the spa.

+ -1 moreI called and either left a message which was returned fairly promptly, or perhaps I spoke with someone on my first attempt. Since I was calling several places and it's been over a month now, I don't recall for sure. I explained the issue and within a few days a repair person came out. As an aside, I told the person I set the appointment with that we had a Hot Springs Spa, so she sent out their guy that works on Hot Springs. In fact, we have a Sundance - so when the repair person arrived he did not have Sundance parts on his truck. Klear Water, et al handled this with good grace, ordered appropriate parts and when they arrived the Sundance "specialist" came out and repaired the spa. They were cordial, professional and competent throughout the process.
Description of Work: Actually, my husband should be completing this as I just know the overall result rather than the details. Since he is unavailable, I'll do my best. Our above ground spa sprung a serious leak. Kearwater repaired the leak & replaced a pump that went out as a result of getting wet from the over-abundance of water that had been in the area. I think my estimate of the $ amount is fairly close. Whatever it ended up being, it seem reasonable for the service provided.

+ -1 moreTheir prices are very reasonable. I pay them monthly. You can either have it every week or every other week. I pay them about $38 a month. I like the fact that I don't have to do it myself. I never get the chemicals and stuff right. I end up spending more than $38 a month on chemicals. So, instead of spending that much, you might as well have somebody else do it and get it done right.
Description of Work: We use Klear Water Spa and Pool Service for our pool and spa services. They come out every other week. Then they do a full service couple of times a year where they completely drain it.

+ -1 moreWE WERE RELIEVED THAT WE CONNECTED WITH THEM AND THAT THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE JUST IN CONTACT WITH ONE PERSON, AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS TO DISCUSS WITH US HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND WHETHER OR NOT THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD ACTUALLY FIX IT OR IF WE SHOULD JUST REPLACE IT. WE'VE HAD OTHER THINGS FIXED BY THEM, AND IT'S ALWAYS BEEN GOOD.
Description of Work: IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PUMP OR THE MOTOR WHERE THEY HAD TO GET IN THERE AND REPLACE IT.
