The chemicals he used and the work he did immediatly started to work. We believe the gopher family living in our yard was killed quickly. So far we have had no more gopher infestations, although they were clear that they can kill gophers in our yard but cant guarentee more wont come. So if they do, we plan to call Hydrex again.

The inspection revealed no infestation. As a precaution, I asked for an estimate for placing rodent bait/poison in the attic. The estimate was for $100 for 30 day coverage. All inspection and discussion was very professional, as the main office sent only a specialist in rodent infestation.

Excellent. They were punctual, charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone and I haven't seen an ant since!

They were great and very professional. They were responsive and the only thing was a week after the ants came back. But other then that they were good and I recommend them.

A representative from the company came out to assess my termite concerns, and discovered an infestation. Offered two different solutions, one a standard tent, and the other area heat treatment, both with the same warranty. The alternate treatment made sense because our family has a newborn, and we didn't want to be displaced for a few days, not to mention going through the hassle of bagging food and then cleaning everything in the home upon our return. The original representative was great, but the two guys who actually provided the service were less spectacular. While they did their job well enough, they also did things like use my hoses to attach to their equipment without asking. There was also a pet bowl broken - they were at least wise enough to let me know about it instead of just trying to hide it. Clean up didn't happen well either... to this day I'm still finding large staples around the home from the tarps they had to connect for the heat treatment.

I have used their services for 3 years. Prior to treatment, they will send me a reminder notice in the mail. It is an easy process as they place a bill in my mailbox following the treatment. I do not even see the employees. If I do have any concerns, they have communicated their willingness to retreat. Fortunately, their treatments have worked so I have never had to contact them. I received their name from my brother. The cost is based on 1 treatment.

Mr. Strange came out and performed an inspection. He was quite complete and very helpful. I was subsequently sent a written report.

They were very nice, but I don't think that he was very thorough. When the workers came out, he indicated he didn't get all the dryrot noted, and the clean up was not as good as expected. They left nails and tools behind. They did have to do some carpentry.

I called on a Saturday and left a message with their answering service. I received a call back Monday morning and a same-day appointment was scheduled. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. He checked out the attic for possible bird and wasp nests. None were found and we were not charged for the inspection.

Very professional and courteous. Explained work in full detail and what was required to exterminate the gophers.

Overall experience has been good. The ant control was great, both times they did a great job. With the mice and rats it was ok, they probably could have been a bit more aggressive with the follow up.

THEY ARE FINE. I THINK THEY ARE A LITTLE OVER PRICED FOR THE WORK THAT THEY'VE DONE FOR ME. THERE IS NOTHING THAT I CAN ADD TO THAT. I'M NOT HERE TO SEE THEM SPRAY.

SOME OF THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE I DON T LIKE. FOR EXAMPLE SOME GUY CAME AND PLAYED HIS MUSIC REAL LOUD. PROFESSIONALISM COULD BE A LITTLE MORE UPSCALE. THEY NEED AN IMPROVEMENT IN HIRING EMPLOYEES. EVERY PERSON THAT COMES OUT DOES SOMETHING DIFFERENT. IT IS INCONSISTENT SERVICE.

BASICALLY, IT IS JUST UNNECESSARY. THEY REALLY WEREN'T DOING ANYTHING I COULDN'T DO FOR LESS MONEY. ORIGINALLY WE HIRED THEM BECAUSE WE HAD A MOUSE, BUT AFTER ALL THEIR GADGETS THEY COULDN'T GET HIM. I WENT AND BOUGHT A CHEAP MOUSETRAP AND HAD HIM IN 30 MINUTES.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE MAN WAS HERE ALL DAY, AND HE WAS VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DID. IT JUST SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH IN PRICE, BUT IT'S PROBABLY NOT.

THE GUY COMES OVER, I GIVE HIM A CHECK, AND HE LEAVES. THE ONE THING I CAN SAY IS A LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR THEIR 1-800 NUMBER, AND I CAN'T SAY THAT FOR A LOT OF PLACES.

THEY GENERALLY SHOW UP ON TIME. IT NEVER TAKES MORE THAN A WEEK FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. IF IT DOESN'T WORK THE FIRST TIME, THEY DO IT AGAIN FOR FREE.

THEY ARE GOOD. THEY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME AND THERE ARE LESS ANTS. THE PEOPLE THAT COME ARE NEAT AND CLEAN. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

ALWAYS GREAT! IF ANY BUGS EVER COME BACK, I CALL AND THEY COME BACK IN AN A VERY APPROPRIATE TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY CAREFUL. ONE TIME THEY ALMOST BROKE SOMETHING SO THEY FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT AND EVERY SINCE THEN, THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL OF THAT AREA.

THE OFFICE CALLS TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES WITHIN THE APPOINTMENT PERIOD. THE TASK TAKES ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES. IF IT RAINS THE JOB IS POSTPONED.

HYDREX HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT WITH THEIR SERVICE. WHENEVER A PROBLEM HAPPENS BETWEEN REGULAR SERVICE DATES YOU ARE ABLE TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY.

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WITHIN THE TIME BLOCK AND DID A COMPLETE JOB OF SPRAYING ALL AREAS. OUR SMALL DOG NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT IN FOR 2 HOURS WHILE THE BACK LAWN AND OUTSIDE SURFACES WERE DRYING. THE SPRAYING IS ONLY GUARANTEED TO CONTROL THE CRICKETS FOR 30 DAYS, BUT IT TYPICALLY GETS RID OF THEM FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS. ON MY 2ND SPRAYING (OUT OF 3 TIMES OF USING HYDREX)I HAD THEM COME BACK ON DAY 29 AND RESPRAY. THEY DID COME BACK OUT WITHOUT ANY HASSLE OR ADDITIONAL FEES.
