Home Renew 360

I cannot say enough about Home Renew 360. As a company they were easy to work with and fair in their dealings. What, or who I am most impressed with is Amir Tetmouri. From the first day we met him to the last day of the project Amir was always there. He answered every text or phone call within minutes. He answered all my questions and concerns quickly and fully. Every step of our remodel was explained and every detail covered before it was done. I was always told when someone would be coming to my house to work. They showed up on time every time. As someone who has had many dealings with contractors over many years, I have never had a project manager as hands on or as Organize as Amir. I have other projects planned. I will not use anyone but Amir to plan and organize them for me.

Amir was our project manager. From the initial phone call for an estimate to the final day of our exterior wood replacement, electrical work and painting, he was always available. Even though he had to travel a long distance to our home, Amir showed up every few days to check in and answer questions we had. We are very nit picky and Amir, Raul, Carlos and the rest of the crew were very polite and did an amazing job in a timely manor. We did get quotes from other painting companies/carpenters/electricians. Home Renew 360 was a little bit more expensive, however working with just Amir was so much easier and worth it.

Amir was our project manager. I have had several contractors give me quotes and not one of them followed up like Amir. At the beginning of our project he told us exactly what would happen, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. He advised us to purchase all necessary materials ahead of project date so there would be no hold ups once started. He answers all my calls within 15 minutes! Unbelievable! He says what he is going to do and does it! Quite refreshing.

They were professional, timely and reasonable.

Daniel was an excellent project manager. He came up with a plan to finish in 5 days. It ended up being 6 because some extra work had to be done. All the workers were cordial and professional. I knew who would be coming each day thanks to daily phone contact with Daniel. I am pleased with the results and hope to use this company again in the future. Thank you so much!

The team arrived as scheduled. Idan Mizrahi was the project manager. The work was completed in a timely manner. The guys did a great job of cleaning up. All of my old gutters were taken away. I was a little concerned about some of my plants being damaged but there was no harm to any of them. The gutters are beautiful. They actually add to the looks of the house. There is no comparing them to what I previously had. Thank you Idan for your personal interest.

I had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. From, day one he was able to guide us through the process from mold removal to a complete kitchen remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern he was right there to help. Every single person that came to work in my house was friendly; not to mention on time which is a big plus. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360. I would definitely higher Nathan again for future projects. I honestly canâ t say enough about them! I am extremely satisfied.

We had Home Renew 360 do some major remodeling in our home. We had our kitchen, floors, and bathroom remodelled. The team did a great job. All of the team members were friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared. We could not be happier with the team that worked on our home. ALL of them! They were clean and did excellent workmanship. They showed up on time and completed the work before the scheduled completion date. Farid was our project manager and he was excellent. He was prepared and provided us excellent service. He responded quickly to our questions, provided quality guidance, and was knowledgable to what was being done to our home and provided excellent creativity when asked about specifics of how our ideas would fit with our remodel. I would high recommend Home Renew 360 for any of your home improvement needs.

I started with only a general idea of what I wanted. Nathan was wonderful in listening and sharing my vision leading to my excitement. The team presented ideas and material samples for review and consideration., discussing the details of durability and warranty. His crew and team of workers were courteous, professional, friendly, and very conscientious of our home ensuring care and cleanup daily. I was stressed but Nathan was there throughout to endure service and our satisfaction.

Home Renew 360 helped to understand the process of our home improvement project. Nathan is very professional and courteous and understood what we were hoping our home would look like after the compliment. Truly amazing.

Amazing job from day one! The whole roofing process went like clockwork. Very organized! The roof is beautiful! It only took 4 days from tear off to finish and we had a lot of repair. The area was cleaned after each work day. I will use this company for all house repair from now on!

Josh Martinez stayed in touch with me throughout and the job well was done. Their clean up after was like they were never there and I saw the mess they made. My only complaint was scheduling. The project start and finish time wasn't what I had hoped. It changed several times. Thus why I couldn't give 5 stars.

Workmanship excellent, job completed right on schedule, project manager kept me well informed during work.

I hired HomeRenew 360 based on your rating of 5 stars. I found that they did not deserve that rating with my experience with them. It took almost a month to do a weeks job. I had to worry about a rain shower in that month plus a wind storm. Their work failed a city inspection which added to the delay. I have a hearing disability so talking on the phone does not help!

Excellent supervision and workmanship. The new roofing project was completed in a timely fashion. I would gladly recommend Home Renew 360 for any new construction or renovation projects.

They use area sub-contractors for the work

Our Roof was in bad shape and needed replaced in a very bad way. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to deal with an unknown company to me and didn't know what to expect. I can tell you all this, from start to finish, everything was fantastic and way beyond any expectations. I was informed about every aspect of the project including price and the choice of materials right from the start. Project manager Gal walked us through the process completely asking for my opinions and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The workers were professional, and very polite. The work was very nice and I now how a very beautiful functioning roof that will last. I was even given a military discount as a Veteran. I am very pleased as a disabled Veteran that this company honors Veterans and their service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to do a roof or any other project. On time, Friendly, clean up, always available for questions or concerns and Ron is a good Supervisor. He works with the client and keeps us informed.

Ron was helpful in all aspects of the project install and helpful with getting me credit all was done very quickly and clean . Would defiantly recommend him .
