I have never delt with a general contractor before. But when my home was flooded I called Home Adviser. I found A.C Dunlap general contractor owner Alex Dunlap. He came over and assessed the damage. Came back over a few days later and gave me a price and time schedule which was very important to me. I was very impressed so I signed a contract with him. Job was completed on time and contractor did a excellent and professional job. We are very pleased and happy with Alex. I would recommend him with flying colors. Alex is a man of his word. They did a good job. Amazing prompt job.

The workers were very professional and did an excellent job. The project on the bathroom was started in March. I'm still waiting on the shower door 5/24/19. I provided the materials excluding the shower door and the cost was pricey for the size bathroom that I have.

Great work

They painted the outside of our house, repaired a gas leak, did a complete roof replacement, and a complete remodel of the master bedroom and master bathroom. All was done in two months. Workers were professional and respectful of our home and cleaned up every day. Communication was great and the end result is wonderful. We are extremely happy.

i havent completed project yet. extensive permit process as constructing a studio duplex. starting tearout next week. they have great customer contact. will update when job is done.

Good company

Our roof is finished and once long beach receive rain again , then I will really know the truth about my new roof. Now the communication between the workers, me and supervisor/manager I wish was better. OVERALL 4 star

Rafi Zohar was the project manager. A roof repair was done successfully. We had a small leak that was taken care of asap.

Lucas and his crew did a great job tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof. They did it fast and the quality of the work was 5 star. The cleanup was complete, quick and thorough. I thought the job was a little expensive; hence the 4-star value for the money. However, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs a new roof. I hope I do not need a new roof before I die, but if I do, I will call Lucas.

They had great follow up, we had a small issue and the were out right away to resolve it; no problem. Would definitely recommend.

They put me in the mind of a used car salesperson the person who came out felt my job was too small for him to do at least thats what I felt like. It also felt like he was trying to make the job cost more than it should by trying to add more stuff. So no I wouldnt recommend them at all.

So far the project is ok, hope no leak went its rain?

We hired Home Renew 360 to redo our roof, which had experienced some leaks. During the process we decided to upgrade our insulation in our attic and also got rid of some trees in our front yard and had our house repainted in a much more energy efficient way, and finally we had our foundation retrofitted. All the work was done quick and with little disruption at home, since I work from home. The work was done very well and the results have been nice with many compliments on the work that has been done. Also, the nicest things is that the workers we nice and cleaned up thoroughly on a daily basis at the end of the day. It was overall a good experience with very little irritation and I get irritate in these situations fairly quickly. Highly recommend these guys.

They did a great job.

They were completely up front with what would be done, when, and total cost. This was for my mother, I live in another state so I was worried. She was very satisfied and that was most important. Another roofer (not recommended by Home advisor) tried to take advantage of her. This was for removal ,some sheathing damage and new gutters

We had roofers and a guy who replaced and painted our stucco. The work turned out exceptional! Glad we chose them. Home Advisor has the best workers. I have referred all of my friends and family to this company. BRAVO!
