Heidi and Jack Brantley

I began working with Heidi back in May 2012 in looking for a home in Long Beach, Ca. My move was taking me from the Chicago, Il area and although I have moved over a dozen times in the past, I knew this one was going to be far more challenging given the distance and legalities of California. From the very first day Heidi worked tirelessly find a property that fit my requirements and after viewing dozens of homes and making a few offers, Heidi helped me land a good property in a dream location. From start to finish, it took about 4 and frac12; months and Heidi was there every step of the way. She was readily available and was great following up on all my questions and concerns. She explained the process step by step to ensure my complete understanding and she always helped me keep my emotions in check. Heidi is very well connected and has a network of great resources in the community due to her length of time in the Long Beach (Southern California) area. Jack and Heidi were our first realtors and it’s because of their professionalism and approachability that we were surprised to find out that a lot of people out there don’t seem to like or trust their realtors! They truly represented us and our interests and we always felt like we had a lot of knowledge and support throughout the whole process. They also seem to really know the Long Beach market and will tell you honestly whether a neighborhood is worth looking at or a home is priced correctly. They’re the kind of agents who take pride in their roles as realtors and care more about putting people in the right homes, as opposed to simply making a buck. Finally, Jack and Heidi are simply just really nice people.
