+ -1 moreI was concerned that the new gasket didn't look like the old one. The installer said the manufacturer may have changed the design to improve performance. He was professional, (I was concerned by the name of company), and cleaned up well after himself, and told me there was a 30 day warranty.
Description of Work: Washer was leaking from bottom of dishwasher. I purchased new gasket from parts store and they recommended Handy Dandy. He checked appliance, agrees it needed the new bracket, installed it and checked for leaks, and then tested unit performance.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER WHEN SEARS WANTED 1 WEEK TO JUST LOOK AT THEIR OWN REFRIGERATOR (THAT WAS SLIGHTLY OUT OF WARRANTY). THEY ORIGINALLY MISDIAGNOSED PROBLEM BUT FIXED THE PROBLEM (AND CREDITED THE FIRST REPAIR COST TO THE COMPRESSOR FIX).
Description of Work: REPLACED COMPRESSOR ON REFRIGERATOR. DIAGNOSED PROBLEM WITH REFRIGERATOR NOT WORKING.
