 + -1 moreThey did not charge for storing the appliances. We have not had any problems with their appliances. If I were going to make a big appliance purchase, I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We purchased all of our appliances from them and they held them in storage (about 6 weeks) until they could be installed.

Description of Work: We went into showroom and received a very thorough tour of every range that would be appropriate for us. We came back two weeks later and completed the purchase and they were ready for us. Delivery was not involved since our contractor picked everything up. Salesman was extremely professional and really knew his information, warranties and product information, pros and cons, etc. Highly recommend. This is where the designers and contractors shop too.

Description of Work: I put in a call to sales person Mark and he was EXCELLENT! He had an answer for me in 5 mins regarding time frame in obtaining the stackable washer/dryer model I wanted. When it was discovered to be too long a wait time he immediately had the best alternative ( at a lower price) and made more phone calls to see when he could get the stack kit and called me back in AGAIN 5 minutes. He was very professional and had the answer to every question I had and was careful to determine that the dimensions on this machine would be right for our space as the newer models were built a bit larger. The install/delivery is only $69 at the time of this writing and they remove the old appliance free of charge.

 + -1 moreVisited the store several times before making a purchase. The salesman, Tony, was very pleasant and helpful. He was the main reason I purchased from this store. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure of the answer he would do some research to find the correct information. I noticed at some other stores the salesman would make up answers rather than do any research. Tony also gave me a wonderful price on all the appliances I purchased. I will definitely go back to Friedman's if I need any other appliances.

 + -1 moreMy second purchasing experience with this store. The miscommunication experienced the first time was not a fluke, it is apparently endemic to this company. Customer service is non existent. Phone messages are never returned. They overcharged me initially on one item, it required 5 phone calls over several days to get a credit processed. The oven they delivered was defective and it has proven almost impossible to have it replaced or repaired. I do not recommend this store.
Description of Work: Purchased a gas wall oven, side by side refrigerator, microwave, and range hood for kitchen remodel also delivery and installation of appliances.
