floor cleaning
+ -1 moreI did not have time to wait for George and his crewman to finish the job. So I left and told him how to lock up when they were done. I returned later that day. I was extremely pleased with what these guy's are capable of. The kitchen/pantry floor had been cleaned, all scratches buffed out and waxed, I was surprised. All other rooms had been cleaned and polished or waxed, (as he and I had discussed in the walk through), AND THE BATHROOM FLOOR WITH THE PAINT BLOTCHES WAS CLEANED, POLISHED AND THE PAINT WAS GONE! That was important to me. It was the difference between a satisfactory performance and an excellent one. When I observed that the paint had been removed, I knew that the rest of the work was done properly. Would I rehire ..... definitely. George indicated that his company also does house clean-ups and windows. We will have him back for some additional work soon! Very personable guy.
Description of Work: I contacted George for an appointment. He was prompt, very personable and professional. The non carpet areas of the home needed cleaning and polishing. I walked the rooms in this large 2 story home with George explaining what was needed done in each. He then provided me with a very fare estimate (based on what had to be done, I expected to pay more). The kitchen /pantry floor had deep scratches in it where a stove had been dragged from it's normal location to the front door. The entertainment center in the rear of the home has a floor that hasn't been touched in years. I also wanted to test George to see how detail oriented he would be. There were some small paint blotches in certain areas of the lower level bathroom that had been there for years. I purposely did not point them out to him just to see if he would notice them and would try to remove them.

floor cleaning
+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS FINE THE FLOOR CAME OUT VERY NICE. TIM WHO DID THE WORK STAYED ON THE TASK AFTER HE WAS DONE. HE SAID HE HOPED TO SEE ME AGAIN BECAUSE MY FLOOR WASN'T GOING TO STAY CLEAN FOREVER.
Description of Work: MY FLOOR HAD BEEN CLEANED. FIRST WAXED THEN POLISHED. MY FLOOR WAS REALLY DAMAGED SO IT NEEDED SOME KIND OF WORK.
