The crew of two men worked harder and faster than I have ever seen workmen work in my house. They moved heavy furniture from room to room. Yet, they did not leave a mark on the newly painted baseboards and some newly painted walls in the house. They were prompt and finished more quickly than I thought was possible. Excellent job.

A one day job ended up taking 3 weeks before the job was eventually finished. The installers really had no good instruction on what the salesman sold and when they were questioned about it they kept going rather than stop and call their office. The installers did eventually get in touch with the owner. The installers wanted us to speak directly with the owner but he hung up rather than talk to his customer. Initial installation was poor and a lot of material was wasted. As such they ran out of material. It was two more weeks before material came in and they finished the job. Office staff tried to be apologetic which was appreciated but an owner of a small business who won't speak with a customer is unacceptable.

Jerry, our initial contact, was very friendly and consistently punctual. He was very familiar with products and understood my needs and streamlined the whole process. The office staff was very good about keeping me informed and responding to all my contacts--they were professional and kind with every phone call. The installers arrived right on time and worked hard to get the job done well and earlier than promised; they were very conscientious about dust and took good care moving all the furniture. I would recommend the team at Family Floors and would use them in the future.

The owners were wonderful to deal with. The estimate was fair and accurate. The work was done correctly and efficiently. Removed old carpet and padding. Installed new carpet and padding to facilitate home sale. Estimate was accurate and additional carpet was left with the owners for future work.
