 + -1 moreI had him go through all of my electrical for my fixtures and everything in my mobile home, he changed all the wiring from aluminum to copper wiring. He also said if i needed a new outlet he would put that in. he made sure everything was safe and up to code. He works on all kinds of homes, just so happens i have a mobile home.
Description of Work: Electrical wiring and outlet install.

 + -1 moreI have used Gus before and trust him completely. I would not take on the liability and safety risk of buying this condo without someone of his ability and honesty dealing with the electrical problems first. He replaced all of the affected wiring and had the appliances removed because the wiring in them had been affected. He even helped me deal with a neighbor who was badgering me (long story) but did so in a gentlemanly way so as not to cause more problems. He knows other contractors who can help me with other issues in the condo at a good price. His prices are excellent.
Description of Work: Evaluate electrical wiring and appliances in a kitchen that had a fire prior to my purchase of this condo. Replace wiring and have Fire Dept's hole in ceiling patched. Provide documentation to satisfyFire Dept's court order.
