Description of Work: Lee, the owner, came and gave a very professional assessment of each tree and what it required. The price was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes. His staff did an excellent job and left my yard clean and neat, removing all tree debris. I would highly recommend Economy Tree for all of your tree needs.

Description of Work: The bad: Missed scheduled time for quote -- had to call to reschedule. "Summer trim" was requested, recommended by provider, and written as such into the contract -- "leave interior foliage (summer trim)". I arrived at the rental property 3 minutes before the time they said they would arrive and they had already begun work on one of the trees. They had not done a "summer trim" but had cut the tree back leaving almost no foliage, exactly what the person who quoted the job did NOT recommend and not as stated in the contract. The remaining tree, caught in time, received the summer trim. The cut limbs were piled at the curb with cones around them and were not picked up until the next day -- stated their truck had been in the shop. The good: person who quoted the job seemed very knowledgeable about trees and plants. The other tree caught in time looked very nice. Person who quoted the job also discovered a rogue tree shooting up inside a podocarpus line of bushes/trees -- paid to have it removed as it would have quickly led to a problem with increased growth. In order to make amends for the tree that was not cut as agreed, they performed some quick trimming along the fence line at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Removed two very large palm trees, with no damage to my house nor my neighbors! After removal thestumps were removed and every thing was cleaned up - would use them again

Description of Work: THEY TRIMMED A LARGE TREE. THEY HAD A CREW OF ABOUT 5 PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD A CREW OF ABOUT 5 PEOPLE, AND THEY WORKED FROM 9AM TO 3PM.
