Description of Work: My dryer needed repair and they wete able to accommodate me the same day. The lady at the office was wonderful to deal with. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Great company. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Fixed water dispenser in refrigerator. It's better, but it looks like something else is going on. Not their fault, we've had this problem for a while. We'll be calling them out again.

Description of Work: The work was done and he did a good job. When the first came out I told the girl handling the service call i needed someone to come and assess the problem. I wanted to know if it was worth me fixing. She forgot to tell me that if I didn't do the service with them I would have to pay $95.00 charge just for him to come out. Had i known I would not have done. We came to an agreement and i gave him the job after we negotiated the service and price.
