I noticed a 20 feet tall dead tree broken in the strong wind of this week Saturday morning. The truncated trunk leaned against my neighbor's tree across the fence over their gate. It could fall down anytime and potentially hurt some one. I called my former tree company and left a message. I also contacted HomeAdvisor requesting emergency service and chose this company based on other people's review. Richard Soto answered my call and they showed up in 30 minutes to inspect my yard. When I got home 4:30 Saturday afternoon, their workers have removed the dead tree to the ground, they were cleaning the sites. I felt safe and very happy with their prompt work. They are efficient, experienced and polite. They charge a fair price for a very nice work. I recommend them.

I made the estimate appointment on HomeAdvisor and Abel showed up on time. I received a written estimate below what I expected. I made estimate appointments with other tree care companies and they never showed up. So, I called Abel and his crew showed up the next day. They waited for me to come home and were very professional and attentive to my requests and we were really picky about what we wanted with a very difficult bush that you could not trim to short. When they were done, I wrote the check for what was on the estimate. No hidden fees or extra costs. If you want to pay by credit card, they will charge you $3 for every hundred bucks.

The owner was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He saw a challenge with our project and he gave very reasonable for job. The crew and the supervisor were very helpful, polite and patient with our concerns and offered suggestions to ease our worries. At the end of the job, we were VERY HAPPY and gave our neighbors their contact info.

We had another contractor bid this job, but said they were too busy and would call us back to schedule. 4-5 weeks later no call back so we went on HomeAdvisor. Abel gave us a fair estimate (35% less than previous bid) within 1 day and had his professional crew of 5-6 arrived at 8am the next morning to begin the work of removing some really overgrown trees and trimming back the rest of the yard. Done and cleaned up to beyond our satisfaction within 2 hours of starting the project. If you are in need of tree trimming or removal I would highly recommend this company.

Just after I sent pictures and while I was texting, he called and made an appointment. The next day 5 guys came and worked for 7 hours. They cleaned up very well. No more worries about my brother trimming his own trees. The last time he did, a falling branch hit the ladder and he fell and broke his ankle. Hire these pros!

This was one of my best experiences with a service through any website or referral. DTCA removed 4 trees, one of which had strong roots coming out of the ground. The owner and crew were authentically friendly, they were quick and did an excellent removal job. They also did an excellent clean up job. You can't even tell there were ever trees there. They had the correct equipment to do the job and went to work as soon as they got there. I would hire them in a New York minute if I had other tree removal needed. The price was also great; more than $150 less than other bidders. Kudos to Discount Trees and thank you for a job well done.

Tired of waiting for these other jokers tree svcs to call me back, my wife filled out the form in HomeAdvisors and Able was over nxt morning and gave me a solid quote. He say Friday, showed up and knocked out 6 trees in 1 plus hrs. Very happy with the job and his son Jaime was professional and explained everything. Very competitive pricing and will use them again. Honestly alot of tree guys advertise they are professional but half ass, these guys are really professional and even had the orange uniform! Overall very satisfied! La Palma, CA

Met with Mr. Abel on Friday evening for an estimate. He then told me he would be able to get the job done AS SOON as the NEXT DAY!!! I decided to go with their business offer. The following morning by 8:30 crew was at my house ready to start the job. All crew members were very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. His son Richard was also present and throughout the process kept communication open. As a customer I am very pleased with the quality of work done. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs a great tree service. The trees they trimmed look really nice. They asked me what I wanted done before the work began and the service couldn't have been any better. The trees look great. The men were very nice and the clean up was as if they had never been there. I have already told my neighbor who did this job at my house and gave them the company business card. I will call these people again in the future. The cost was very reasonable!!
