Great company. They came out and gave me a quote within minutes of posting on Angi. I got quotes from three companies, and they were tied for the lowest price. But Abel seemed much more knowledgeable, listened to my requests, addressed how he and his crew would handle them, and offered a few extras like cleaning my gutters. The crew came in, and were fast and efficient. Left the yard spotless. The crew were all very nice and easy to work with. I showed them pictures of what I wanted the tree to look like and they got it done. They also showed me what they were doing and why it would result in the effect I wanted. And they were very helpful in telling me how to have it trimmed the next time to get the full effect I wanted. This is the first time I've had this tree trimmed and am happy with the results. Happy? Hell, I've overjoyed.

Abel and his team from Discount Tree Care Arborist Inc did a great job in removing a tree for me. It was a difficult job because the rootball of the tree had to be dug out by hand. His team was undaunted by this and they all worked together and removed the huge rootball/stump of the tree. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of my property. I appreciate that there are still some people who are willing to go the distance to help others. Large or small, you should consider this company for your project. I would hire them again without hesitation.

CAME OUT VERY CLEAN AND WAS DONE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS GREAT JOB.

Abel came to my door and gave me a quote that was very reasonable for the scope of the work to be done. And his team could start the same day! They printed all the fruit tres and shrubs and pulled weeds on my one forth acre lot all in a day and left the property so clean afterwards! I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend them!

Discount Tree Care Arborist sent a representative the same day we requested a quote through Angi's service. The bid was quite fair and the rep was able to have a crew at our home that very day to thin out a large front yard tree with dense leaf growth. The crew members arrived ready to work, knew exactly what needed to be done, worked steadily until the job was completed and thoroughly cleaned up the considerable debris. They were polite, professional and efficient. Excellent outfit!

Signed contract for a trim job to round out my 80 y/o tree and agreed to specific conditions. The next day, different people showed up and not only was much more trimmed than agreed upon, but they used a chainsaw instead of clippers, leaving hack marks on the bark and exposing sections of raw wood where they severed branches. They also didn't pick up the branches as they fell, damaging plants underneath the tree. The original contact was apologetic and I received a discount afterward, but that can't fix what happened.

Only two things that prevent a completely 5 star rate: 1. The salesperson showed up at my door without an appointment. 2. When they also did my neighbor's tree removal at the same time, they did not completely cleanup the bark trash and left at least one of the stumps "un-grinded". My yard was cleaned up just fine, but I hate to see my neighbors be disappointed. Not sure why I went ahead and hired them after he showed up without an appointment...normally that would have caused me to eliminate a company right off the bat. However, as it turns out, I'm glad I did. My previous tree company would listen to my needs for the trees and say yes, yes, that's what we will do....and then proceed to do whatever they wanted instead. Also, the previous company never had even one crew member who could converse in English. After the salesperson or foreman left, no one could understand me, nor I them. In contrast, Discount listened to my needs for the trees and did what was needed per my request. And Eddie was there the whole time and was fluent in both Spanish and English. I will hire them again and I will ask that I get to have Eddie on the crew again! Eddie went the extra mile to make sure everything was as good or better than I was expecting.

The rep. was very friendly and the workers were very efficient. Will use them again for tree trimming.
